We officially annonced the date 7 weeks prior to the event but we had been talking about it being in "mid to late March" since about December. --Robb I don't think I ever got the email or anything The only notice I ever got was about a week prior to the event (?????).

Big Mike was at Bel Mont Park, and I MISSED IT?!? Oh well, guess there's next time..

So is anyone thinking the original 5 GNR's should get back together for some gigs?

I am SOOOO going next year. Date? Couldn't go this year due to like a weeks notice. Need a month or two prior to plan it out

I'm mostly talking about the real stuff, where you use a transmitter that uses sticks for control. I have been in the RC hobby for 7 1/2 years currently, and am now a sponsored pilot. Sure does pay off in the end, as it's something you love to do, and you get paid to do it Soo, who on here is a fellow RC-er?

^Yes, I know how B&M supports are built. Your supports look more sloppy when you compare to B&M (not including their fancy track connector). Notice how the section of the support that is connected to the track is vertical. Now take a gander at your supports. See the difference? You should notice the lack of vertical-ness where the support connects to your trakc on your helix (or as it seems). Also, notice the size of B&M helice supports compared to your helix. Not syaing "Your supports are a pile of crap", just saying how you could improve

^Do take note that a higher precision means that the track will need to be smooth. If you have any banking jerks, you might want to try to smooth them out. Also, give it 50 more segments or so to aid with the bankings.

Mmmkay, umm, try a higher precision, like 15.

Rotational forces won't get THAT high. Oh, and a tip to reduce banking jerks (I'm guessing so, otherwise the track wouldn't have that spike) is to use even length segments (around 25ft. gives good control over the element and provides good bankings), and make the bankings smooth (I.E. don't go from 0* to 58* then to 66* then to 70*, use more like 20* to 58* to 70*).

Drops? Psh, lame... Well, i'm onto supporting. Should be done in about 2-3 hours if I get at it. Probably will monday/friday.
