This would be the ultimate troll on Dorney if they got Shockwave. If that ever happened I wouldn't even be mad, I'd take it as a joke and ride the hell out of it every visit. Even if I already have the credit now. -
My visit a few weeks ago was my first since 05 when BBW was still there. I loved that coaster so Verbolten was definitely the coaster I was most interested in riding out of the 3 new ones that were added since my last visit (Tempesto, Griffin). I Must say that Verbolten is a more than worthy replacement. It is very unique and well done/put together like the Wolf and was one of my favorite coasters on the trip.

A killer clown hiding in confined spaces in a fast moving plane filled with spiders and snakes. Thats my final guess, I really don't know whar this will be so I shall wait for friday now. -
Just leaving the park now, I was able to ride Namtab twice in the back (front?) and it was pretty freakin nuts, especially the visual of seeing the track backwards. The park was also empty an we got to ride plenty. Thats where the positive part ends for this report. Probably because I was at Busch Gardens Williamsburg a week ago I felt inclined to compare Six Flags to it. What I think it was is Busch Gardens just really enhancing how disgusting Great Adventure is because its the first park I've visited since Busch. 1.) Trash was everywhere. The amount of visible trash underneath Kingda Ka's station is absolutely appalling. Nitro's station might as well be an abandoned junk yard or something cause there was weeds growing everywhere as well as graffiti everywhere. Oh wait thats not just Nitro, thats every ride in the park's station. The front of Green Lantern's train was covered in 5 hour old bird crap, I mean come on. 2.) Despite being empty every single ride stacked numerous trains with barely anyone in the station. 3.) Saw some line jumping on Kingda Ka. A girl literally climbed one of the fake stones, over a fence and into the station. Park security did nothing until WE informed them. I've been a season pass holder for 10 years. Have a Six Flags day.

The "fear of height and speed" makes me believe that this will be a fairly large coaster, at least larger than a spinner. -

^ Well then those people don't make too much sense since Downtime is already there. I could always be wrong though since Dorney park has about 3 drop towers. -

You're on to something with this. The last two clues really scream coaster though in all seriousness. -

I'm heading up to Rye Wednesday night this week to take advantage of their 15 dollar all you can ride deal. I find the Dragon Coaster to be very underrated. From what I remember the ride had great airtime. -
Why, it appears Cedar Fair is making money with this initiative. I am not connected with their finances personally. However, they must be making money on the up-charge since they are still around their parks (and where added to other parks after the initial try). Again, just a logical assumption on my my part. I know my daughter wants in every time we go to a Cedar Fair park and it seems busy and not unattended from what I see people shelling out cash for it.. Why replace a cash machine with a woodie that will only cost the park a bunch of CapEx to build and a bunch OpEx costs to maintain without the yearly return?

^ That last "Speed of Fear" clue is a promising new one coaster wise. -
Questionable coaster elements

I love how it just hurls you over the top. The "rodeo" hill may be the best part of the ride behind the initial drop. -

That dark ride they have there is one of the saddest things in existence. -

I rode Fahrenheit a few times last year an it seemed fine to me. -

I really hope it is this long overdue coaster. An indoor spinner of sorts would be real nice, but who knows maybe they have even something bigger up their sleeves -

I'll take your word for it, you've ridden it many more times than me. As for that picture, I really hope this is the long awaited custom steel coaster this park needs. -
Thanks guys, and my first day there I went from 3:30 to closing and the second day I spent the entire day there. I prefer doing two days there because I like to enjoy the park at leisure and take in all the sights and sounds. As for Apollo's Chariot I agree Bill, the back row provides some serious airtime, especially on the first drop. I gave it a spin in the front row for one of my rides and was catching some serious air as well though.
