This is great news, I was getting worried I wouldn't be able to ride this magnificant beast this season.

I actually like Wildcat's layout a lot. All the more reason RMC should eventually get their hands on it.

Well someone just posted in the SFNE thread that Superman is only giving VR rides from 1 pm on now. I'm hoping Six Flags America follows suit.

Making my first visit to the park since 2009 in September. Will VR still be on Superman at that point? An if so Im guessing I should hit that first right?

Yea Saturday may be a bit rough. Don't even bother with Great Bear, Comet, Fahrenheit or Laff Track. Expect 45 min waits for SDL, StormRunner and Skyrush. Wildcat and Lightening Racers should be okay. If you pack Tylenol then maybe ride Sidewinder too.

^ Throw that on Thunderhawk, it'll at least make it a little more interesting.

It is definitely doable, just make sure you visit the park in the beginning to middle of the week. Avoid weekends.

The airtime on the first drop in the backrow due to that flat section before the drop Is awesome. Same goes for the drop into the ravine after the MCBR.

Vekoma had been advertising their new looper's for awhile on their site. Its great to see a new generation one finally come into frutation.

Well to each his own. Sure many more intense coasters have been built since Apollo's but the backrow usually provides a very good ride that still holds up.

I didn't check out the hot springs, I was only in town for 24 hours. If I had been in town longer I'd probably go rafting. Too bad, white water rafting on the Colorado river is a crazy experience. The tour guides are crazy, these are some of the gnarliest people you'll ever meet.

Trust me its as terrifying as he said it is. I've been on it, I got off soaked looking like I ran 5 miles from sweating, that scary. Cliffhanger is an awesome little coaster in a tremendous setting. The whole park is just a bizarre experience. It's like a F*cked up Rollercoaster Tycoon Scenario where you have to take the chairlift up to even reach the park.
