Six Flags Surveys Meal Options
Mechanic replied to CardCraze's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I could see the lines for food being simply ridiculous if they only offered the unlimited option in the picnic areas for a limited amount of time. Of curse, then they could sell a FlashPass upgrade that covered the food lines as well. -
I'm once again not receiving thread reply notices. I'm guessing it has to do with the server change. Will the subscriptions be re-added, or should I add them manually?

Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said

What does it say when you spell the words "enthusiast" and "retarded" incorrectly? -
Adding "this season" to the end of the question could certainly have made things more clear. Upon reading the Facebook post I was also questioning the meaning of it. I asked for clarification on their Facebook page. Words mean things. The lack of certain words can mean things as well. Considering the recent events related to this park and its future, I don't think it's out of line at all to wonder out loud about their intentions.

It's because you went on Sunday you idiot. You really expected crowds to be the same on both days? Why don't you go on Saturday at CGA for Haunt at night and tell me if that's crowded. Ok? And for the last time... Stop this pathetic rambling about CGA closing! Just because you went on a Sunday night where most people have to work the next day doesn't mean that it's closing! Just shut up and be happy that the park is open! HOW HARD IS IT?! Best laugh I've had in a while. Thank you.

Shane's Amusement Attic

Wow, that looks like it would have been awesome and could have rivaled Disneyland. -
This showed up on my yahoo homepage. Honestly, this may appeal to some members here.

It's a shame that these concepts for PGA never came about. Thank you very much for sharing them. -
Just for the sake of putting out actual facts, rather than perception or hearsay, Tony Romo has the highest 4th quarter qb rating of any active player in the league. Don't believe me? Go do some research on it. Much of the criticism we hear about Romo sounds eerily familiar to what we heard about Peyton Manning earlier in his career. Now Peyton's among the greatest to ever play the game according to many. A couple seasons from now when Romo's wearing a ring, or 2, it'll be the same thing.

USH's Revenge of the mummy. -
The family and I went to Haunt last night. Overall, it was a good time, but the crowd level was insane. Thankfully, the maze lines moved pretty fast. We didn't ride any coasters. We got in line for Excelerator, but it broke down when we were about 5 minutes from boarding. Silver Bullet had single train operation with a queue that was filling the switchbacks and Ghostrider's queue looked like it was at least an hour or more. With all the mazes they have, the coasters just didn't seem worth the wait. We did ride Invasion Beneath (Calico Mine Ride) and Sleepy Hollow Mountain (TMLR). I honestly felt that the scares on those 2 beat out any of the walk-through mazes, and the strobe effects on Sleepy Hollow were just freaking awesome. As for the walk-throughs, we all pretty much agreed that we got the best scares in Doll Factory. The hanging was super funny. Everyone really seemed to enjoy it a lot. We'll do it again next year, but I'll make sure we hit it on a weeknight. Oh, I almost forgot, thanks to Club TPR for a nice discount when ordering our Haunt tickets online!

The whole family had a great time at HHN. Thanks to TPR for setting up the event and especially for making FOL passes part of the deal. They were the bomb! Having John Murdy show up after dinner was really cool too. I hope he can get his wish to add the Excorcist movie property to future HHN events someday.

I was able to take my youngest son to the Cowboys / 49ers game last Sunday. A great time was had by all. The way the crowd was cheering the Cowboys, you'd have thought we were in Texas. I almost felt bad for the 9ers, but not really.
