  1. ^ I have no idea what game we're talking about as I haven't been to the park in about a week now. So if anyone would be so kind to post a picture, thank you.
  2. Yeah, I tried that yesterday as well Robman. If that seat belt wasn't there, i'm pretty sure you'd almost be flying out of your seat.
  3. The last coaster I rode was Gold Striker 27 times yesterday, thanks to a cloudy day. Photo from the promo shoot back in April-May, i'm in the front row in the green.
  4. I just want prices to be announced, taking my gf for the first time to this event. She wanted to go last year, but couldn't make it.
  5. I was out at the park for a few hours today to reach another goal of riding Gold Striker for the 150th time. Still 100 away from my next goal, but still note worthy.
  6. Cray Button (McSwagger Remix) - Family Force 5
  7. About to head out for day 3 at CGA in a row. I'm so close to getting 100 rides on GS that I can taste it.
  8. What I usually do now is Superman and then Medusa, better to get the semi-good people eater first and then the B&M.
  9. *Bump* but my favorite coaster sound or at least one of them has to be the sound of Gold Strikers lift motor and the sound of the train wooshing by.
  10. I think I need to get back out to Florida stat. I need my cheetah hunt and white lightning credit as well.
  11. I'll be out there in a bit, just waiting for the mail to come in as my GF (Rawkin_coaster38) had my pass.
  12. Gold Striker at California's Great America. Out of the GCI's that i've been on. (not many) I'd say this has to be one of the best to date.
  13. You win best post of the day in my opinion. Everyone else, nice try and come back tomorrow.
  14. Shouldn't you be thanking CGA? They are the ones who put on this fantastic event and were kind enough to invite TPR. Not tomention giving you the honor of being in the first train. Good point, I was just typing away and forgot to mention it. But yes, I would also like to thank CGA for such a great opportunity today. It was totally surreal riding up the lift-hill and seeing fireworks go off above my head and everywhere else.
  15. I'm really glad to see Gold Striker finally open to the public, i'd also like to thank Robb Alvey again for giving us all the opportunity to be a part of the Grand opening ceremonies. Really can't wait to ride GS again, it's an amazing ride from start to finish, CGA has a world class coaster here.
  16. I got Rawkin_Coaster38 and I signed up for tomorrow's grand opening ceremony. We're both really looking forward to tomorrows festivities.
  17. Looks like they got that fire put out pretty quickly.
  18. Will gonna take it with a grain of salt as this is un-confirmed. So I wouldn't get too excited.
  19. I agree with Ted also 8) I have to agree as well, as it has worked for me. But what got me into coasters was basically my dad forcing me onto The Giant Dipper at SCBB, after the train hit the brake run, I wanted to go again.
  20. I can't believe we're getting an awesome spinner, last time I went on one was in 09' at Chessington World of Adventure.
  21. ^ Finger's and toe's are crossed to see it open this weekend, still taking it with a grain of salt though.
  22. I just want the park to announce something soon, rather than just leave everyone hanging.
  23. I'd have to say Goliath at SFMM, in 2009 I think, right in the middle of a freak hail storm. Felt like bullets hitting my face, not the best feeling i've had.
