Only place I go to eat when i'm at SFMM is Chic-fil-A, other than that it would only be if there was an enthusiast event lunch.

Or at least those of us that attended. At the rate that this is going, I wouldn't be surprised to see a early June opening.

I'll be there regardless if it's open or not, I don't need Gold Striker to have fun at CGA. (OMG did I just say that!?!?) But yeah, i'm guessing it'll be soon as the park has also clearly stated that GS will be open for Pride Night next Friday night. Hopefully I can attend this event with a friend of mine who will be flying in for the weekend.

I guess that we'll just have to wait and see about the 21st, we'll have three people there. RCTBrony, Robman, and myself. Even if we don't get to ride much, we can still go ride the small flat rides and have a fun time.

^ Only thing I have to say is that if they say it'll open in May, that's when it will open. You just have to be patient, we all do. About the 100 rides, i'd say it'll be possible for Angry Gumball but it would be slim as he doesn't attend the park as much as I do. Even though I may be behind in the race, but I haven't lost the war.

As much as I love this event and have done it in the past, it's hard for me to even say that i'm not doing it this year. I wouldn't have been able to even go last year until Robb basically donated the money to have me go. So I don't even know what to do, I want to sign up and attend this amazing event again, but I don't want to just rely on Robb to donate the $75 just so I can go. What is everyone's thoughts on this, should I still sign up or not bother?

I can't believe I'm only 10 rides away from 50. I'm pretty sure I'll get it today if it was like yesterday.

Well I haven't been on that many wooden coasters, but I can say it's locked a spot for me as my #2 behind El Toro as #1.

I'm already at 27, let's see who can reach 50 first.

It's not officially open yet, but we can say it would be safe to say that Gold Striker will open to the public on the 11th.

I'll be the first to leave my house to get there early, wonder if there will already be people on site. Leaving in about 1.25 hours.

I think you need to come to Nor-Cal again as we have Superman, Gold Striker, and Undertow. Superman not being so new but still a great ride, but the new hotness of Gold Striker and Undertow should be worth a visit. Would love to get a ride in with the big man on GS.
