IT IS NOT SET IN STONE THAT THE STADIUM WILL BE BUILT!! 49ers NEED to come up with a E.I.R Before ANYTHING can be done. The E.I.R CAN DESTROY THE WHOLE PROJECT FOR THE 49ers. "Enviromental Impact Report" is what killed walmart in my city. The E.I.R can take up to a year+ to write, then god knows how long for approval. This is the first step in MANY before the worthless park takes up space. I'm not worried, the E.I.R may toss the whole thing out the window. Stupid 49ers should move to Vegas, stick them on the outskirts somewhere...

Enough said. Work accidents alone cause on average 14 deaths DAILY. And we don't see people complaining about how much safer work needs to be all the time now do we? So true! Plus a lot of the deaths at theme parks etc.. are due to idiots who shouldn't be allowed outside. Parents should watch their kids, no matter how old or young at any carnival or theme park. I don't think we need any kind of goverment regs on this stuff, I think we need it on stupid parents/kids. If the parents don't follow the guidelines/rules on rides why should the park pay for it? This kind of stuff pisses me off!!! I sometimes wonder what the world would be like without stupid people runnin around loose

It's hard for me to go through the off season. with California's great america closed its hard. i'll take a couple trips down south to Knotts or SFMM. There have been a few times that the crane company i work and worked for do a lot of business with SFDK/CGA so if we get called out to do FireFall or Tony Hawk's or even maybe the new CGI(2008 offseason) then that'll ease the offseason pain... some

I counted 16 trash cans!! Maybe Cedar Fair will market CGA as the park with the most trash cans!! who knows it may work?

Why would you want CGA to get Chiller?? That POS coaster???????? They should have torn it apart and sold it as scrap, For me I'd love a nice Intamin Launch coaster!!

Could really careless I would rather ride and enjoy then sit and care about how many credits i have. If you get excited about having a credit go for it, it's just not for me! but if I really wanted too I could start my own "credit". it would consist of: Riding a coaster after me and a team of iron workers finished putting it together, then i'd have atleast 6!!

I know they did!!! Tidal Wave and Stealth were 2 of my fave coasters to ride there. I hated taking them down, I just hated it. I loved Tidal Wave/Greased Lightnin because it was the only ride you didn't have to wait an hour and a half to ride. Stealth was the top ride in the park and they just made things worse by removing it. In my opinion, Great America should destroy Boomerang Bay and redeem themselves. I Agree 1,000% with your statement! Turn Stealth into Borg ASS??? WTF? Turn TIDAL WAVE into a parts donar? Why not turn the need-e into a donar and keep tidal wave??? Paramount really screwed Great America up and they did it BAD!!! So far I like what Cedar Fail has done, lets just hope Great America will be what it once was in the late 80's - 90s

Waterpark? that BB is crud! Kept the park afloat? barely!!!! Im amazed enough people went to GA to keep the damn place open!! Maybe with FireFall and a new woodie the park can be a good park again, till then... BLAH

Because Firehawk was...? Exactly! GA was in desperate need of a new coaster..for YEARS. Kings Island ISNT. Firehawk just opened in in may of this year. GA hasnt had a coaster since March of 2001. And if you want to count real worth while coasters, 1998 Invertigo!!!!!! --- Who cares about BB?? I pay for the park, not that worthless water park. ---

Ummm, I'd rather keep grizzly then get Batman & Robin!
