Billy Hill: True enough. All the pendulum needs to do is swing in any direction and stuff becomes illegal. I read an article in the Cleveland Plain Dealer a while back that was titled: Laws you probibly didn't know about. One such law was regarding 'french kissing'. That was outlawed, not based on how it looks in public, but for the possiblity of spreading 'mouth to mouth' germs... i forgot what county it was for, but it dated back the early 1900's. Here's the thing: if the powers that be outlaw, say, smoking, based on health concerns, they can also outlaw 'known' foods that lead to obesity(sp?). Smoking costs the country billions in health care every year: Obesity costs this country billions in health care every year. Keep in mind, i believe in smoking area's...

Conneaut Blue Streak w/the NAD trains... much better that Big Dipper at GL.

Serial Thiller: Geauga lake (or whatever they changed the name to at that park) . Have gotten headaches many times. have actually seen people get bloody ears from that ride... Angry's avatar says it all...

I'd say there are two parks that come to mind for me: Waldamere and Conneaut lake. (granted, conneaut has seen much better days. It doesn't have many rides and is not themed, but it is still the only park i can think off that does not charge for admission, which my girlfriend likes because she doen't like rides. ) As far as big underated: DollyWood. It surprises me how many Ohioans have not heard of it.

Most uncreative name: Double Loop, Geauga Lake. That name is so lame that even 6flags didn't change it... sure, it's accurate. But that's about it.

My next door neighbor bought goat testicles. She said she did it on a whim, but we think she must be into voodoo or something... That and her chickens keep vanishing. yes, chickens in Cleveland ,Ohio... I remember the random moat. It was Monty Python skit... heavy brit accent: you never know where the random moat will strike... In front of your house, your car, your soon-dead elderly parents house....

first coaster: Euclid Beach Parks (defunct) Racing Coaster. followed by Thriller and Flying Turns.

Here's something new w/RCT3: three days ago, i installed Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Well, yesterday, i'm playing RCT3, and having a blast at it and my girlfriends kid is looking over my shoulder. all of sudden, her bursts out laughing and then i see why. I had a crew of Nazi's in line for one of my coasters... i tried to do a screen shot and it shut down my 'puter everytime. Those two games are not in the same directory... \odd.....

I agree on DollyWood. That place truly surprised me last summer. We were vacationing in the Smokeys and decided to go to ride T-Head. My girlfriends not into rides so me and her kid went. We had a blast. I've never been to such a courteous park. Every worker was beyond friendly.
