  1. Thanks Guys! Matt: The zipline is going to be placed within Hoosier's turnaround, and will go across the lake next to the bridge and end by the parking lot. The former location of the swings is being used by stupid bouncy trampolines that are included with park admission from what I saw. Sam: The bugs weren't as vicious as last year at least! And the ones at Michigan's Adventure are the absolute worst. They chill out at the bottom of the hills on Shivering Timbers making for a painful and sticky ride. But it isn't as bad if you wear sunglasses!
  2. Hello Everyone! It's now time for another fun filled report! This time we go to.... INDIANA BEACH One of the most awesome and messed up parks in the States! Let's check it out! Here is Cornball Express, my personal favorite coaster in the park. So much airtime is to be had in the back seat! Hello Scrambler These bugs were everywhere.... ew Griffin is unhappy after stuffing his face with to many cheesy chips. Jeremie is amused Cornball Here is the new location for the former Water Swings. It no longer flies over the lake Cornball Music Express moved too Falling Star is still being constructed in it's new location Steel Hawg: messed up, random, and totally awesome! Hoosier Hurricane and Cornball. Hoosier has the power of being awesome in some seats, and terrible in others. Double Shot... the ride op scared me Flush flush flush Tilt tilt tilt slide slide slide I'm not sure if I have ever rode this.... I'm a fan of this ride type though Lost Coaster: Ride backward = death, forward = somehow amazing Paratrooper OH ANTON One of the few rides with a real sign Bye Bye IB! Thanks for reading! Next stop: it's a mystery! Remember to comment
  3. ^ I did sit in the back on Jack Rabbit. It was just meh. But I did do Noah's Ark, which was the best thing ever. Also, Garfield's Nightmare is (NO LIE) my #1 dark ride. So there.
  4. Apologies for the double post, but I'm back with part 2 of my Pennsylvania trip! KENNYWOOD To me, this park felt like a cross between Indiana Beach and a Six Flags park. Older rides and charm mixed in with new, high tech thrill machines. Definitely one of my favorite parks, with one of my new favorite coasters! Our first ride of the day, Sky Rocket! Very smooth and intense ride with surprisingly good airtime! Then we rode Cosmic Chaos, my first Disko. Very fun! OH ANTON! I loved this, except for the horn I liked this ride, but the airtime wasn't as good as I anticipated. We got some weird looks for riding this, yet still worth it! Credit! We will get to you later, Phantom's Revenge. Thunderbolt! Very crazy ride with a crazy lack of restraints! weeeee Pitt Fall! My new favorite drop tower, with a great view! I hope the rumors of it's removal aren't true. Finally it is time..... .... for my 100th coaster! But is it as good as it looks? Let's find out. Long story short: Yes, it was. More Sky Rocket! Now back to this top 5 coaster I couldn't get enough! Thanks for reading everyone! Please reply if you liked it Next Report: Indiana Beach!
  5. The Air Crow at Indiana Beach..... No idea why, it just does.
  6. I think the collection of rides there is one of the most well rounded. I really liked how there were kiddy rides all over so parents can ride then immediately ride with their kids afterwards. And barrel rolling sounds pretty fun Thanks for the comment!
  7. Our next report comes to us from the Chocolate capitol of the world: HERSHEYPARK One of my new favorite parks contains an amazing selection of rides including 2 top 20 steel coasters! Let's take a look... The day before we went to Hershey we went to Creation Fest. It looks like this. I loved the roads in Pennsylvania We're here! And so is Storm Runner.... Trailblazer too! Sidewinder surprised me! It was awesome! Maybe the new trains had something to do with it.... mmmm This side of the park is very squished together weeeee loop dee loooop I liked the helix before the drop And this footchopper was cool too! BRIGHT Hey R.D! drop drop drop OH ANTON peek a boooo Fahrenheit was awesome! the air in the back was intense! weeee This is Wildcat. It was meh Maybe Lightning Racer is better! Sadly, it was also meh This ride is not meh. It is "OMGASM PORKCHOP TASTY" awesome Yay Vekoma! I have yet to ride a Vekoma I didn't like. mmmm I liked the duel stations BRIGHT Evening is my favorite time for pictures That's all for now! Remember to comment if you enjoyed! Next Stop: Kennywood!
  8. This was very cool! I would have never expected to see a 3D report.... and I like how you mentioned Spy Kids 3D... that's the glasses I used to see the pictures (which were great, by the way)!
  9. Jo, the worst parts of the Mouse to me were the bottoms of the last few hills (much to jerky) and the lack of restraints throwing me around. But the ride has "charm" and is somewhat unique compared to many modern mice (mmm alliteration) so it's overall a fun ride to me. And Jer, the go karts looked much to slow, so I skipped them Thanks for the comments, keep them coming!
  10. Matt, it was $10 wristband Mexican radio fiesta day I believe, so it was PACKED. But fortunately, they longest line we waited in was for tacos. After the park though, we had to get Taco Bell, which I think are better than the authentic Mexican ones
  11. I have my ways R.D.... it takes time to get used to Glad you enjoyed!
  12. Thanks everyone for the replies! My next TR comes from one of the most interesting little parks I've ever been too: LITTLE A MERRICK A The old school rides, fun atmosphere, and beautiful view of the graveyard make for 1 fun filled park! Let's take a look..... One of the first things you see when you pull up is this. It made me bleed. The first ride we rode was the Mad Mouse. It had no restraints! The car No credit for Griffin Here are the cars on the Tobaggon. Sunny helix! Little Dipper was pretty awesome! Some track. Graveyard! The train choo choo Me and Ryan were then held hostage on the Parachute ride for 3 terrifying cycles. Help The Roll o Plane literally flies you into the sun. Speaking of rides that burn, this one belongs to the Devil. ((((( At least we can rely on Wisconsin to spell words for us! Here is some of the park from the Monorail Nice parking job.... Bumper Boats Scramblerorammamammajamma Is that Uncle Jimmy? Wood mmmm Mexican Radio Kiddie coaster takeover! the face of EXCITEMENT Let's go again! baaaaaa willbuurrrr Mini Golf party. (note: let it be known that me, Jon, and Ryan all have mini golf swag.) Meteor bye bye LA! Thanks for reading everyone! Remember to comment! Next stop: Hersheypark!
  13. ^I had no idea either Jo! It was a spur of the moment thing. The park itself is about 2 hours from me. If you go, again I recommend Starved Rock, which would eat up the time you don't spend at this park. Thanks for the reply Jo!
  14. Glad you had a good time Jer! I'm so jealous! I really liked the pictures of Batman and Mr. Freeze, they just look so good together! Great report!
  15. I think the snowman and trees are from Santa's Village. Most of the trees are stuffed against the walls to create a forest theme, which is what most of the park is themed to. And if you do go here, hit up Starved Rock nearby, it's a very cool forest/cliff area. Thanks for replying!
  16. Hey Guys! It's been a while since I posted a report here. now that I have 4 new reports to post, I figured I'd start now with.... ENCHANTED FOREST : UTICA, IL I was on my way to a Dreamwave Wrestling show in Lasalle (if you are a wrestling fan in the area, check it out, it's pretty dagum awesome) when I found out that there was a credit in the area! It turned out to be a nice place and a good way to kill about an hour. Now lets begin! As I waited for the coaster to open, I rode the neon fetish Tilt a Whirl. Very fun! Here is the coaster sign. It used to be located at Wonderpark in Ohio. These rope things still said Wonderpark on them! Me in the train It's a very dark place, so this is about the best shot of the layout possible, even if it's just the top of the lift. This snowman was hanging out behind the rides. I think it is from the former Santa's Village in Dundee. Here is the Swamp Buggy The cars weeeeee The park has a bunch of trees with wheels. They also have a Merry Go Round They also have a few more cool rides inside that I couldn't get a good picture of. So here is the sign outside! I think this is a pony ride This train takes people to the Grizzly Jack's resort next door oooo scary Dover Monster! And there is the end of this enchanting report! Thanks for reading! Remember to comment! Next report will be Little A Merrick A!
  17. I pick Option B, please! I'm sure whatever the final decision is, it will be great! Awesome park and story! Griffin
  18. My bad! I must not have been reading carefully. Thanks Robb!
  19. I'm probably going, but if I do, I would be bringing my cousin. Me and my dad are both season pass holders and Club TPR members, while my cousin is not. The registration info says that the guests can get the Club TPR member rate, but I didn't find anything about guest season pass rates. Should I register him separately with those fields marked "No" or just add him to our order? If this has been answered already, I apologize. Thanks, Griffin
  20. ^ I really hope that isn't permanent... it looks alright, but doesn't even compare to the old one. Maybe it got damaged or needs painting?
  21. OLD TR: SIX FLAGS GREAT AMERICA TPR DAY Last August, TPR came to town for one of the best events ever, the Midwest Bash! Despite the hotness, the day was totally amazing! Lets jump right into the photos! First ride of the day was Superman... We got in early to ride! TPR rocks! The Bright Orb then melted Superman. how sad. Do a barrel roll! Batman, from V2's station "SCREEEEE" totally screwed. mmmmmm ERT! Little Dipper! yum NO!!! the Bright Orb strikes again! Iron Wolf... is not fun. Now it is time for the insane walkback! First, we start behind Superman, which has re opened after the attack of the Bright Orb. It's a bird! It's a plane! It's an egg salad sandwich! It's... SUPERMAN The parks bone®yard Skywhirl cages Parade float Kiddie Ride Hey, I recognize that name... Iron Wolf looplooploop signage American Eagle! Airtime! Raging Bull hotness dive dive dive The Orb is back! not again! yum. Mr_Starr and I in the best picture ever. After this we went to lunch, and I made the mistake of not bringing the camera back inside the park for the bridge party But no matter how many photos I took, they would not even begin to describe the insanity that went on during that night's ERT! I've said it before, and I'll say it a thousand times, TPR Rocks!
  22. I love Leslie, nice to see a new song! "is there a vent or a fan that blows?"
  23. Well Jo, if you died 5 million times, you need to learn Ryan's ninja skills that we were taught! You obviously were NOT paying attention. Again, Thanks for the replies!
  24. Thanks for replying, guys Rudie, not only did Ryan scream it, but Nathan did too! (At least on Fiddler's Fling)
