Funny Things That Go Unnoticed
Team Thriller replied to atem122's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I don't know if it's still there, but in line for Indiana Jones at Disneyland, if you shake this rope that goes into a hole in the ground, you will hear someone yell, "STOP IT!". Then if you do it again, you hear him screaming while falling. I found it pretty funny. --James -
Best and Lamest Coaster "Ending"
Team Thriller replied to Teddymonster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Best Endings - 1.) Big Thunder Mountain, DL Paris. -The ending drop seriously feels like it will never end. Imagine zooming into complete darkness. 2.) Big Bad Wolf, Busch Gardens -The last drop still freaks me out! 3.) Alpengiest, Busch Gardens -Extremely forceful while navigating the twists and inversions in and out of the ravines. 4.) Goliath, SFMM -The helix is the most intense coaster moment. I still ge tunnel vision. 5.) G'segta Sau, Tripsdrill -I love the bunny hops in and out of the pits. Some good airtime and good G's around the ending Helix. Worst: 1.) Limit, Heide Park -The inline twists are so painful. The ending turn gives you the last slam 2.) X -I haven't ridden X2 yet. But when it was X, the last Raven turn was very painful and gave me a headache for a good 20 minutes. I'll think more about the worst coasters later. But thats it for now. --James -

^ I agree. Europa Park is the best at operations. Just imagine how fast this line will go. But I wonder if it will break down a lot? --James -

Europa Park Discussion Thread
Team Thriller replied to Ultracoasters's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^ Your english is better than many people who actually speak the language. I too will be there in 12 days. Maybe we might run into eachother. Our group will be wearing TPR shirts. I'm sure there will be tons of coaster clubs there. I cannot wait. I truly love Europa Park! --James -

Superman: The Escape --James -
Of all of them. (This was back in 04 though) Six Flags is my best choice for coasters. If that's what you are looking for. Gilroy Gardens is the most beautiful. Santa Cruz feels the most tradition and classic Great America is a little bit of all of these. --James

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom isn't to far from San Francisco. Also Great America isn't far either. Each one is maybe around half an hour without traffic. --James
