  1. Drop Zone C.W. Has Been Closed. Aw this is my 2nd favorite ride there after Vortex! Well at least this means I am now unable get my feet torn off. It is Sad to hear only one foot could be re-attached.
  2. Wow, It would be alot faster if you were on it in person though!
  3. I was driving to my grandmas house, when we passed a transport with a flatbed on the back. My dad said "Hey Joey is that roller coaster track?" I looked out my window and saw huge sections of track made by B&M. At first I thought it was track for Tatsu but then I realised that we were going towards Quebec and remembered Goliath was being built at La Ronde. Later when I was at a compition in Ottawa during Goliaths Opening I was just like "Dad that is the Roller Coaster that we saw on the 401 when we were going to grandmas house!" It was pretty sweet!
  4. I would rather sit there. Although... it's a credit itself
  5. I have only been to Canadas Wonderland, Darien Lake, and Walt Disney World. Superman: ROS-Darien Lake Airtime throughout the whole ride is just fantastic. Vortex-Canadas Wonderland Very fast and has an excellent layout. Viper- Darien Lake Secretly (I love this Ride) Scooby Doo's Ghoster Coaster- Canadas Wonderland Air Time Galore on the first drop in the back seat. Great Canadian Minebuster- Canadas Wonderland Pretty Much Before they retracked it! But it is still a great ride
  6. Most Definatly The Nicest Looking SLC To Date!
  7. How could this happen as the cables are located above the ride caradge? At first I thought that this was a S&S tower but I guess not. That really horrible thought! I just can't belive this. From now on I guess we are all going to have to ride these with our legs crosssed on our seats.
  8. Yes, Who would have thought that there was a "DRAGON" in the Animal Kingdom logo ? Well I defiantly learned one new thing today as I didn't really pay attention in class !
  9. I have never experienced a power outage before in a park, but I have been on Mindbuster at PCW when it broke down. We had to use the Evactuation Steps on the lift. It was scary as I was only like 10 at the time.
  10. Very Creative! One of my Favorite TR's on the site! Great Job! ---Joey
  11. Top Gun at PCW has a "no earings rule" and if the ride ops see you with hoop earings or sometimes even studs they ask you to take them out. I can see (well actually feel) why this is put in place. Although they have been very lax with this rule (for the last like 2-3 years), a few people last year were told to have earings taken out prior to riding. Joseph "I think any Verkoma should have this posted infront of their ride entrance, just as a polite fore-warning" Hinds
  12. Oh and by the way great pictures!
  13. Was that a snake that slithered infront of you? If so I would of had an accident if I were there!
  14. The only stand-up I have ever been on is Skyrider at PCW. (well acctually CW now ) If you stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet resting on the trains fiberglass body it actually is one of the better rides in the park! As I am going to Cedar Point this summer for two days I am going to try Mantis. I think I will like it alot though because it is something different from anything else that I have been on! What would you recommend being your first B&M? Raptor or Mantis? Joseph_
  15. Look at the chains on the Star Flyer Rides, they are about half of the size of these ones on this swing and the seat concept is basically the same, And no deaths have happened on on them. So if you asked me, I would ride it but only after I inspected it to make sure there are no faulty pieces chains. Joseph.
