  1. I can't remember stormchaser apart from the gun looking a bit funnier on the video screen. It was fun but probably one of the most forgettable rides of disneysea (only because all the others are so awesome)
  2. Did you not read any of the emails or information? They were very clear the flat rides wouldn't have animation yet so I don't see how you can list it as a con already and call the game incomplete, they've been honest from the get-go that things from the trailers will be coming later. You complain that steam is filling up early access with incomplete games but isn't that the point of early access but it says right there in the description: If your that upset that right now it's a theme park hobby set why did you back it for the testing option, you could have just backed a lower tier and waited for the finished project since you just said you'd rather wait a year. For others though in case you missed it here is when to expect what in future phases.
  3. Those frakkin toasters, which reminds me I forgot to ask does anyone know if they still sell the "what the frak?" t-shirts even though the ride is closed? I got a red t-shirt with it on but I really wanted the black which wasn't in my size when I visited
  4. We felt the same way about the jungle cruise, we found the native language tours much more engaging and with a better atmosphere even though we didn't understand what was being said since the cast member was (understandably) more at ease. I'm surprised you found the taxis price outrageous though, obviously more expensive to the subways or buses, we found those taxis extremely reasonably priced compared to a lot of the other Asian countries we visited: Korea, Japan, Singapore (although it was 4am so my memories of that taxis cost are fuzzy) even our taxi driver was telling us there are so many taxis in Hong Kong compared to how many people need them. That and the cost was so worth it at night-time compared to the bus, we took it down and so far it's the only time i've ever been travel sick in my life. It was weird how that peak tram would have two hour lines at night to go to the peak but it would be less than a 10 minute wait during the day time. But then people do the same thing for the cable car in Korea at night even when there are buses pretty nearby despite the fact your packed into the cable car so tight there is almost 0 chance of being able to take a good picture.
  5. I did this ride last, it had been heavy snow and the park was completely empty to the point where everything but the coasters were walk-on (even Pooh) yet this still kept a one hour line until the end so it was definitely popular. However I ended up with the last car and had the same problem of that the first two cars had set off most of the effects so I ended up just sitting there with my camera taking pictures. It was a good ride and maybe i'd just been spoilt by all the awesomeness of Pooh and the stuff in Disneysea but I think I came away underwhelmed that they couldn't figure out a way for all 3 cars to really get to enjoy the ride. I would maybe re-ride it if I visit again but it's nowhere near the top of my list of rides i'd get flashpasses for on my next visit. I do wish they'd made it 4-seaters like pooh or back to back with seats either side, with 2 seater cars and the fastpass lane, the standby line really seemed to crawl although that may have been since monsters inc had a pretty lobby but as opposed to a lot of other rides there wasn't much to look at in the cattle pen line You can see the other torches from the other cars have already set off the effect by the time my car has come round. I did like this rooms effect of Randall being crushed though
  6. What email service does he use? Gmail decided mine belonged in a promotions folder for some reasonns. Yes he does use Gmail and I told him to recheck once I had seen your previous post. I'll triple check another time then. The email will be from pantera entertainment and titled Welcome To Early Access, it won't mention themeparkstudio until you open it.
  7. What email service does he use? Gmail decided mine belonged in a promotions folder for some reason. It was mentioned earlier in the thread that the video of peeps was from very early in development when a lot of people were asking to see peeps before they backed the kickstarter, apparently the final version should have a lot more differences.
  8. There seems to be a few testers uploading pictures onto the community page: I see some fireworks shot and a look into how much you can customize the theming colors. http://steamcommunity.com/app/254590/screenshots/
  9. ^ Huh those screenshots are by n7 according to steam, considering his really obnoxious attitude earlier in this thread when he claimed to be an ambassador between TPS and TPR despite Robb spending a lot of time talking to the developers directly, i'm actually surprised to see that he really does have a copy to use already and is part of the development.
  10. For anyone interested in how the phases of early access are planning to be presented
  11. Early Access keys have been handed out to go live at the end of the month, be careful with e-mails, I almost accidentally deleted mine despite all my other TPS stuff going to my main inbox, gmail put this under promotions, I hadn't cleared it out for a while and almost wiped it with some of the other random adverts that i've forgotten to unsubscribe from.
  12. So both the first and second closures were caused by the human side? I wonder where the first story about the cylon side throwing a seat came from?
  13. Tell that to South Korea, it's going to be a very long week here now their figure skating "queen" didn't get the gold.
  14. When people were talking about it being launched I thought zierer made sense because of Wicked, but now it's confirmed chain-lift i'm curious why they didn't just go with a eurofighter and have the beyond vertical drop.
  15. I was under the impression that it was a seat from the inverted side that came off. Could be wrong though. I think that was the first incident, this second closure was apparently due to the human side of the ride.
  16. Does anyone know if there has been any update for Battlestar? It's been over half a year now and it still seems like there has been 0 activity at all since the day whatever happened caused it to close.
  17. The fact that people are debating if this is really it or not even now thanks to all the previous posts just makes me love the way they are marketing 2015.
  18. Really wasn't expecting that, where does it say zierer? I wonder why they went with this over a Eurofighter, trying to work out how this ties into the 3 states thing right now.
  19. Looks like my grandfathers old dressing gown.
  20. Bump for what I think is spam, either that or it's just in completely the wrong forum but the sign-up and that being the first post made me flag it.
  21. There's no spam shotgun? [youtu_be]http://youtu.be/0Ayx5t0eI6o[/youtu_be]
  22. Odd, Busch Gardens removed and re-uploaded it. I've edited the post. Its gone private again.
  23. Bump, I actually got about a 3rd of the way through the post before my brain suddenly gave my eyes a kick to stop reading spam
  24. Also reminds me of koreas cheese pocket pizza
