  1. ^ Sure, I think the hyper plan you put could work, they did amazing things with Great Bear. Also, a lot of parks put in coaster that you could NEVER guess would fit there. A hyper is also a coater they can fit into small spaces because its not compact. It has hills that can go anywhere, over and under things. They could save space by building an MF style lift hill.
  2. I'm pretty sure the movie you are talking about is the famous 1977 fim Rollercoaster.
  3. ^^ I have never seen Green Day perfom live, sounds like it is going to be a good concert! The only other concert I have been to this year is "May Day" where No Adress, Crossfade, Shinedown and 3 Doors Down were playing.
  4. I too think an impulse coaster would be a good idea because they are fun and don't take up that much space. They don't have a drop ride do they? They could put in a new Intamin drop tower. I know they don't have the space and it won't happen, but they could always use a hyper or giga
  5. ^^ I agree with this. The park really isn't all that great. My opinions were... Goliath wasn't good, Scream! was the best in the park, Riddler was fun allthough I'm not a satnd- up fan, STE is fun if don't have any hype built up about it (ride the left side, the line is usualy shorter). Its not a bad park, it is actualy a nice park in the way of setting, but it is not the best. If you want to ride X, be there at opening. Have fun!
  6. ^Yes, space isn't something they have a lot of, have you seen how they built Great Bear? It is built over and around a lot of stuff. It would be a wonderful addition, but I highly doubt it due to the recent opening of Storm Runner.
  7. I saw a brand new movie earlier today, The Brother's Grimm, and was quite dissapointed. It picks up a little towards the end, but I just found it hard to sit through. It is a fairy tale I guess and covers them all.... Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel & Gretel, Sleeping Beauty and more. It sounded good to me, but I ended up not liking it much at all. You have been warned!
  8. The first time I went to SFGAm was the year SUF opened, and all I remember is liking it a lot. I went again during a quick trip to Chicago in early July of this year, and the ride wasn't breaked heavily, so I must of caught it on a rare "good" day.
  9. ^According to www.coastergallery.com, Hershey thought the ride would be $2 million, but it ended up that it would cost $3 million, so they canceled.
  10. ^RB trims really aren't bad- at all. I have been to SFGAm twice, probably have ridden it about five or six times and have never had a bad, heavily- breaked ride.
  11. The ride looks fairly decent to me also. My mom grew up going to Beach Bend and the campgorund by the park, so she is pretty excited about this. I will certainly make a stop the next time I am in the area.
  12. ^^ Really? I thought RB was a lot better! Besides SoB, SFMM Golaith is my least- favorite hyper.
  13. ^ I second that. I hadn't heard much about the ride before my first time (pretty much nothing) and it was a great surprise. The launch feels faster than it is, the first spiral boring- looking element is actualy fun, the helicoptor and stuff shooting at you is actualy cool and the inside part was fun as well.
  14. ^Thank you! This isn't the first topic he has tried his hardest to ruin.
  15. So this means all 2006 projects for SF are canceled, right?
  16. When you conbine two mediocre companies- Vekoma and SF- don't expect a great finished project. I don't think handicaped want to ride anyway!
  17. My choice is Huss without a doubt in my mind. I LOVE Delerium and I also like the older flats they built such as (not sure what the exact term for the ride is, help me out..) Shake, Rattle & Roll at PKI.
  18. I'm not sure but it *could* be that the notification is the most far left of each thread link, that book/ papper thing is yellow/ orange if there are new responses, white if there aren't any new responses.
  19. ^You go to "edit" and there shoud be an option that says "delete this post". Green Day seems to be a big month for US Green Day concerts!
  20. Actualy no, lol, I just discovered Shaun of the Dead a while ago, but I will have to check those out! I loved him as Shaun so I will probably love him in other movies! Seeing your new thread, remember, you have the same movie interests as an American
  21. I don't think this Golaith is at risk for sucking like SFMM Goliath does (I rode it and I hate it too) because that company doesn't even make coasters anymore.
  22. Thanks everyone! Shoud I dye my hair black for the concert?
  23. Zoolander was awful IMO, Dodgeball was hillarious though! I know nobody asked me, but I figured I would share my opinion anyway
  24. I loved it when he tried to kill the zombie with the ball insated of the big pole it was tied onto!
  25. LOL, I know! I almost died the first time I saw that!
