  1. I've been told by someone who works there that there's a very good chance it won't be open Saturday. I have also heard it is having issues again, even with the new boats.
  2. I have a friend at the ACE Con and he posted that Con Attendee's are getting to ride it for a single lap.
  3. Add another hate to moving.....I am moving on Saturday and the uhaul was going to be 20 dollars plus 99 cents a mile for in town. At lteast I have a Jeep for boxes and friends with trucks.] At least you moved to a new town, I just get to move on up to the East side.
  4. Someone I know has the Blue Streak at CP on his arm.
  5. I hate moving and I got to do it in a week or two. I only have to go eight miles though. Then hopefully when I buy a home and move again sometime in the future, it will only be 1/4 mile up the road. I wish my new apt. complex had a pool....might have to make friends with the house behind our apt. that has an inground pool. At least I will have a garage, patio and a yard.
  6. I have the credit and I don't have a kid to use (actually, borrowed one)!!!! Great TR so far.
  7. Two of my co workers have been at IoA today and been inside HPL and one of his FB posts said he saw the cast of HP. They were at the gates to the parking lot at 4am and there was a line....
  8. I like this idea. I got the idea from racing, when a racer passes, sometimes they do the missing man formation and someone in the front drops out and they leave the spot open. I haven't bought an onride photo in years, but when I do this, I will.
  9. I got to thinking today at work, Will died working an awesome job that he loved. There isn't many people that can say they love thier job and look forward to doing.
  10. 100% agree. When I ride the Timberliners, going to the first row and riding alone.....
  11. Plunge would be great as a water park ride (I know technically it is both, but it being so far from the water park makes it not viable for me to be considered a water park ride). Plunge has one thing I love for a water park ride, no steps!!!!! This is another reason I love Wildebeest. Reriding the slides are a pain if you want to do them more then 10 times because of the stairs.
  12. I been to the beach when it has been jammed in summer, then I been in the summer when it has been dead. I may end up going sometime before the ACE event in July.
  13. I think this is in the eye of the person who rides it. Personally, no. But others say yes.
  14. It was nice to meet you and Rick there, hopefully I will see you again next year?
  15. I got a question, what do you like Voyage with? Voyage has only ran with PTC's and frankly, I believe the Voyage is running as good as it ever had. I used to get this feeling in my chest in the middle section and would get back to the station and have to rest. I haven't gotten that at all this season. I know everyone has a different opinion of the Voyage and I respect that.
  16. Yes I must be screwed up here. I think I met way too many people in one weekend, and I'm trying to put faces, real names, and screen names all together in my head and somehow keep it all straight. I apologize. So if you could be so kind to point yourself out to me in one of my pics so I can get it right next time. That would be me in the back seat squezing out of my seat once I found out the lapbars went down, but not up, yet (back left in the picture, though actually back right seat when seated in the train).
  17. I also caught another nice one of you standing next Colleen's bucket. I tried to get one of the two of you together right after she stepped out but it didn't turn out at all. I had been back getting a few shots of Holwer when I was walking by and caught you guys riding Eagles Flight. At that point we had met briefly but hadn't really had the chance to talk. It was nice to stop and talk to you for a few minutes after I took that. So I'm glad I just happened to be walking by at that point. Colleen's bucket? I think you got me mixed up with another person because I didn't ride Eagle's Flight.
  18. Don't wait to go, It was running great this weekend. I would not expect the Timberliners for at least a couple weeks. The second train is not on site as of this past weekend (from what I could tell) and they will not run the TL until both new trains are ready.
  19. You got me in two pictures, I usually do so well to avoid the cameras. I knew that if anyone could make Wildebeest valley or stall a boat, HWN people could.
  20. Here is a tilt shift photo I did of Wildebeest
  21. Can you spot the TPr members? It was nice meeting you the few times I did. Right now I am sitting in the Lake Rudolph shelter because I hurriedly packed my tent because it looked right rain. Of course, not being near a radar, that was not true. This guy looks familier Loaded Baked Potato Pizza The Beachcombers (or Combovers) played during ERT, they were actually descent. Voyage station during ERT.....That is all. In all I got 4 Wildebeest rides, 2 Voyage Rides, 1 on Raven and Legend, and two on Pilgrims Plunge. It was so warm, that just walking, it was muggy.
  22. I am waiting on someone who I am sharing a site with to get here, then I am running over to get my packet and go in the park.
  23. LR is only 37 a night, and it has Wifi and nicer facilites from what I heard of LSP campgrounds.
  24. Where is everyone staying? I am camping at Lake Rudolph out of convience and cheapness. Got to buy another electric fan as the temps this weekend won't make my little tent fan enough (also got to buy one of those waterproof things for money and stuff). Can't wait, leaving tomorrow about noon my time (eastern).
