Diablo Swing? Diablo Swing are VERY uniuque... Violin and Cello and a horn section as well as metal riffs and opera thrown in... no where near grunge. They are known as... well... they're very unique and the term thrown around is "Swing Metal." Anyway... based on your taste possibly give this a try. The vocals are a little less polished then what you're used to, and its a bit of ska mixed in... but probably the most unique "metal" band I've ever heard of. too bad they broke up... one of the members of the band was murdered and robbed a few months ago.

All right... my bad... just saying. Maybe it's more of a California thing? I dont know... when I used to go to church they were huge... like HUGE! Like I've seen them live(not very good live imo) but that was when I was into that kind of thing. Sorry if it seems like I am criticizing you're tastes. California ska... the best kind there is! I LOVE DAVE THOMAS!!!!!!!!! HOLY **** THIS RULES

quote] I don't see how Skillet fits into the criteria of music that I don't like. I don't like their older stuff when it was more electronic, but their new stuff rocks. The lyrics are great and the songs really have great messages. Skillet sounds just like at least 1000000000000000000000000000000000000 billion other bands. Also they consider themselves metal when they are not... As I Lay Dying is Christian metal... not this stuff. Also theres the fact they sound just like paparoach... one of the worst bands EVER. Anyway, I'm not trying to ash your tastes... but 23, 356,531 views on youtube is main stream. Just cause it's not played on the radio does not mean it's not main stream. Ironically even though I am an agnostic here are some awesome Christian bands... #1 5 Iron Frenzy... although they broke up a few years ago. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6K4mEi0F2WM #2. August Burns Red: And the previously mentioned As I Lay Dying. Theres also Norma Jean(boo!) and the Devil Wears Prada, but I'm not really into metalcore.

As everyone knows a Cheetah is the fastest animal in the world... but it has one major flaw... it is so fast it has a very hard time with turns. A gazelle, however, can run very fast as well as maneuver through tight turns at high speeds. This ride is inspired by the speed and maneuvers of the incredibly fast and agile gazelle More coming very soon... although a release date is not yet known... but it should be pretty quick. uprising-110512004658005.bmp the twisted layout... uprising-110512004531000.bmp The coaster features several unique elements, such as trick track! uprising-110512004535001.bmp Dont know why, but I absolutely love this element... so fun and twisted through the supports!

SENT! Awesome... what an awesome way to celebrate after finals. If I/we do get accepted we should all meetup after shoot... of course, we dont know details. Is it bad I literally laughed out loud when I read "men and women need to be able to ride accelerator and silver bullet multiple times?" Accelerator is one thing, but you have force issues if you can't ride silver bullet multiple times, lol. Cant wait to see if I get chosen!

I had every intention to do this, but finals got in the way for me to make something I'm happy with, so I may just releas it and bring back the dump thread or something in the future. The idea and concept was there, but I didn't have the time to theme something I was satisfied with. Good luck, everyone!

I HATE Lady GaGa. I hate that entire genre of music. Just like rap, hip hop, and techno. I know it is an opinion and the majority of people will agree with me, but I just cannot stand mainstream music. Yet you like skillet? I'm currently rocking out to We are the Union, which is an awesome ska punk band I found recently. Also enjoying things like Set You Goals right now(thanks pacific) as well as Such Gold and a Loss for words in terms of pop punk. Still loving NOFX and Bad Religion for punk... and streetlight as its much more punk than ska IMO. In terms of metal God Forbid is awesome and so damn under rated. Also I still love Slipknot... cant wait til 2012 new album. This song kicks so much ass. True metal, a perfect song in terms of what you want... awesome drum solo, some awesome vocals, some awesome guitar playing, and most of all speed to keep that vicious metal beat. www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHIhyF9plvg&feature=related

R.D.'s Patent's thread.

Not sure if you've got these, but any chance for a disney update for us Disney ride nerds out there? I'd love a Matterhorn Patent as that was the original steel coaster. Also I'd be very interested in a patent for the test track/ journey to the center of the earth/ cars acceleration technology as well as possibly omnimovers or the indy/dinosaur programed jeeps, since it is said each ride is a little different on those. Just some requests from one disney geek to another awesome thread, though! -

Thanks, man. I tried the grey and didnt really dig it, but I am going with black wood for Triton(the coasters) showroom roof. Also I will play around with vents and stuff. Heres a new pic from a different section of the park. Foliage and stuff is about halfway done, and theming will be in the next update. ^ Same. I'll click whatever or do anything to keep the site alive. I also (finally) have a job, so club TPR membership will finally happen towards the end of summer... cause usually I take a park hiatus during the summer as the tourists invade socal, but as soon as that ends you have a new club tpr member! -

South Ports Coming Soon!!! Openings just a short while away... heres some screens! Southport: Where the building styles of CS and NCSO combine! please note, this is from the atlantica section of the park, so the colors and building styles are designed to meet that theme, but are not park wide. ^ True... I just read where you said most of her "credits" don't count, so that makes more sense. Matterhorn is fun BECAUSE it's bumpy. -

Kristen's got some awesome taste! Matterhorn is still one of my favorites anywhere! -
As of last night I am a proud employee of AMC cinemas! Woot! I am an avid movie goer, so I will see a vast majority of movies here... but because I am who I am I will make a few stops at the indie/art theater. For some reason America plays like no foreign films in mainstream theaters, I also had to go to the art theater to see kings speech and black swan, so I need to go there a few times to see best picture nominees.
