RCT2 Question
the ghost replied to coastercrazed49's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
First of all you must build the ride first. After you finish go to 8 car and then go to rides. There will be some options there. select edit ride. After edit ride there will be a new screen. click where it says ride and click on the name of the ride. There will also be something that says car or mode where you can select the car and the mode of the ride. That should help -
I just checked the dates for your tour and realized that f you are going to Knotts in october you must go to scary farm. That sunday is a great day because there s no school in irvine the next day but there is school for everyone else. Also if you want some ERT on Ghostrider if you get the pre scare dinner buffet they let you into the park a bit early in the ghost town area and they open ghostrider so you will be pretty close. Also that will be near pony express so you could do that. The lines are usuaully not too long at scary farm and that is a fun place to meet TPR members such as myself.

I am working on a park called Worlds of Adventure and have taken quite a few screen shots but cannot find them when I try to post. Does aqnyone know where they might be? First person to tell me where gets a sneak peek. DBru if you are reading this so do you as well as thrill ride seeker as you guys were the ones who wanted Sapphire Gardens to open. The file did not convert to m laptop but this park is very much like Sapphire. Teller if yo are reading I sm using the RCT pairs blank map so I hope thats ok

If screamscape is right this sounds pretty cool. I especially like the different kinds of ray for a car and a well themed ray exhibit near it. Maybe I can someday return to Orlando and finally go to seaworld becuase last time I went to Orlando they were working on Kracken and so we passed seaworld because we have one hear in So Cal. In fact wheres the B&M love for So Cal? The following article was taken from screamscape (10/22/07) A Screamscape source says that they were asked to take part in a guest focus group at SeaWorld Florida where they were showing off various different ideas for a new Flying Coaster in development for the park. One possible idea was to use shorter trains, only 3 or 4 rows long, but each would be themed as a different species of Ray: Manta Ray, Sting Ray, Bat Ray, etc. While no specific layout was given, the ideas being tossed around seemed a involve quite a bit of ground hugging which may imply a layout more like AIR and less like the Six Flags’ Superman versions. They did discuss with a bit of detail a very special element they want to feature hower, which would be a kind of water splashdown effect similar to what we’ve seen on SheiKra and Griffon, but in this case they want the coaster trains to swoop down over rolling waves, skimming the surface of the water. In fact, the tips of the Ray’s wings sticking out to the sides would dip into the water itself, tossing up big rooster-tails of water. I’ve got to say that I like this idea myself… especially if they had a nice prolonged skim over the water, allowing riders time to really reach out to try and touch it. I’m not sure about the short train design, but I suppose they could use a double loading station to fix the capacity issues.

Dragonforce Muse- Knight of Cydonia is awesome. Chck out this music video. Not only is it the most amazing thing ever( I mean karate, cowboys, lasers, and robots are pretty cool,) these guys are the best Honorable mention goes to slayer as well as well as Atreyu

^ Thats a pretty good list Rob. I would suggest starting with Ninja if the crowds are light but if it is crowded go to Tatsu first because I had to wait iin an hour and a half line to ride. Totally worth it though as Tatsu is my new favorite coaster. Watch out because it is actually pretty intense. The best ride at the park in my opinion to get over a fear of inversions is scream because it is not too intense but it is very smooth. Whatever you do do not hit Riddlers first becuase if you have a fear of going upside down I would not suggest breaking your fear with a standup featuring a 120 foot loop. Start with scream. Also like Rob said avoid the Vekomas which both go upside down and are painful. The arrows you may be ok on as they are not as rough as the Vekomas ( of course Deja Vu is my only missed credit in the park) but avoid Deja Vu and viper and if you are not at all afraid of heights try Goliath because it is really fun. The only disagreement I have with Robs list is that they fixed Colossus and when I went two months ago it was running pretty smooth and it actually gives a little air every once in a while. It is not that fast though.
