LOL, actually that reminds me i actually saw a flaming nazi dude at a KMFDM concert the other night, it was halarious and blew my mind... but I DO agree with you, your last post what was I was trying to say all along robb, well, maybe in the sense it wasnt the act itself as much as the attention it got because it was leaked out and blown out of proportion beyong what it should have. You could make videos like this in almost every workplace probably but this is the one that happen to leak out.

I still dont see "damage to Disney" Though I see how it sucks for Disney and understand why they are mad because the stupid video leaked for how many to see, Disney can handle something like this and not really loose any credibility, like they do the accusations of "sex in the clouds" on lion king, the "penis" on the mermaid cover, the "all good teens take of their clothes" in alladin, and so on and so on. Theyre a solid company and Im not saying they SHOULD have to be able to handle stuff like this, im saying they are able to because it would take alot to put a HUGE dent into Disney.

damage done to the disney name because it was video taped and slapped up on the internet, like I said, ok they messed around and did something stupid, but i'm sure youll find stupid antics like this anywhere. Youd probly have to fire a hell of alot of people in alot of companies and alot of work places. I don't see how people laugh at guy and jahan (which i was one of those people that video was friggin halarious!) who not only took off their shirt while in the park, but while a ride was operating and whirled them around while being video taped, but just because this is a larger company its considered more "dangerous"? (ok not to specify just that topic just siting it because its more recent but theres alot of funny videos where some rules may have been bent just a little ).Sure theres more people out there with eyes on disney then there are jahan's nipples, but it doesn't make either any more right or wrong. I think if the video would have just stayed in that guy's personal collection (for whatever reason...) or not videotaped at all and no harm would have been done and nobody would ever have known just like the countless other antics that go on behind the scenes that we never see and worry about because if we did we would all have headaches.

I really don't see the big deal was, The people shoud be told to chill, but not fired. It just shouldnt have been leaked to the internet, that just blew it way out of proportion. These were just people messing around. YES this was videotaped, but please don't tell me this is the only time this has happened lol. Im sure Batman and wonder woman or whatever have had mock shack ups before they go out on stage. It probly happens everywhere, I mean you have to think of how many teenagers and early 20 somethings are in these costumes, theyre just messing around people. You can't put your finger at those specific people and say "OMG theyre so dirty what the hell!!" because like I said, this was the only VIDEOTAPED account of costumed characters or employees in general doing stupid stuff and goofing around behind the scenes (not like that or just in sexual context, but anything), but trust me im sure stuff like this happens at every park. They're just messing around having some fun and yeah I agree its weird but whatever, it was done behind closed doors where theres no access to the public and that video should have never seen the light of internet, THAT is what blew it up into what it could become. I'm sure EVERYONE has done something dumb or stupid goofing around on any job in some way that they shrug off, but if videotaped and put on the internet for millions to see would piss you off and blow it WAY out of proportion just as I see this, slapped up and blown up to a huge international "scandal" about disneys hidden sex romps or whatever I blame the moron with the camera mostly and/or whoever leaked it.

I agree that it shouldnt have gotten on the internet but like mike said, it did so, i laughed at it I admit. I dont see where beastiality has anything to do with it though lol, it was just some costumes.

Also, actually, I noticed that too mike LOL, as odd as that sounds because I listen to a bit-o-beatles myself but I never thought id notice something like that, but you see that in alot of tribute bands as well. They don't even look anything like them haha. ah well, looks like a good time and looking forward to the rest. Also I'm in the same boat with you on "Dr. Doom". I was SO glad it was a literal walk on afterwards because If I woulda had to wait for any length in that obnoxiously long queue for less then stellar standard S&S tower (don't get me wrong I love towers), I woulda been a lil pissed lol. I was thinking they (being universal) woulda gone all out with some cool effects and stuff ( I know what could you do with an S&S tower but they coulda came up with SOMETHIN' instead of "really long interesting queue that dumps you off into an unthemed room wiht a reg tower with no effects.. oh wait chuck some dried ice in there for some fog OK!" ). Ah well, haha. I guess maybe it's because I had just gone on a far more superior drop ride experience the previous day a lil down the road

LOL that was pretty funny, never knew goofy was such a horndog lol. I don't see anything they need to "investigate" or "get to the bottom of", it was just a few jokes that were no where near the guests...

cool pics, lights/motors/action was only under construction when I was there last. I hope they take off that "direct from disney studios paris" tag off the end, that looks kind of stupid. If they wanted to go there they could tack "directly from disneyland california" on 85% of magic kingdom lol...

Nice PTR, with some very interesting pics. That carousel looks really unique and quite large. I've never seen any rocking horses or ships before. Im guessing that woody is a scenic railway/side friction with those type of trains with the wooden benches.

Am I the only one that didn't completely hate Jaws 4?. I like them all, the first and second equally and they are the best and I don't think 2 was a clone of the first. It had more of a "teen slasher" thing goin but it was just different enough from the first, and like, 3 Xs as many deaths? I remember seeing the first Jaws in theaters not too long ago (in a local midnight show ) and man even after seeing it so many times before, in theaters it truly scared me! A great experience, from the woman screaming in terror at the begining being chewed up, to the *always makes me jump 3 feet in the air* part where the decaying head pops out of the boat hull,all very great. I like the 3rd just a little less, the 4th a little less then that, but I don't mind them. I thought the 3rd was enjoyable, and had some pretty good scenes as well. (the very begining of the freaky half bitten fish, when they find the bloody body with all the worms and stuff, and 2 really oddly funny lines that seemed to have come from the same little girl "mommy mommy look at the fish!!" and "look out mommy!!!" haha). The 4th one wasn't HORRIBLE, had some moments, tho nearly not as good as the others. I wouldn't mind seeing a Jaws 5 if done right

Yeah I check the cam every day, today will be interesting with PPP going on. I wonder if Dick will have any new announcements in store for 2007. I could see them throwing in another flat maybe for next year as well, or maybe (as Im always hoping) a little something for the Crystal Pool. I always thought with its small footprint a bowl slide would fit them nicely lol. A flat is more likely though if anything.

Just an interesting article about Knoebels. I like the part about Six Flags "It didn't workout real well there, did it?" haha. Also, 1.2/1.3 mill is impressive IMO>

ok, not much in this thread lately but so much progress has been made on the turns recently. Just checking out the cams now, that lift structure sure went up fast, as well as part of the tracking that must have gone up either over night or just this morning! Looks like a reg. wooden coaster lift too (which it is for the most part) Its all happening so fast recently, I can't wait to see the helix (is that suppose to be the tunnel part?). Anyway, moving along quite well and its cool to see all of the recent photo TRs with updated pics as well.

nice to see how CP was when I was born lol (1986). It looked very nice, and I still think it looks just as nice now. I understand poeple saying its not as charming or shady now, but its all just part of progress and updating. Like said, the have to keep adding to keep people coming and they do so very well while still keeping alot of trees and beautiful landscaping. Sure steel coasters and concrete stand where trees once have, but would CP even be what it is today if that had not happened? Im sure it would still be nice, but it probably wouldnt have nearly as much attention is it does now. I agree some trees and landscaping are VERY important to the whole theme park experience/atmosphere and every park needs them, but if you want a forest, go to a national park (they need attention as well to keep them alive), or just go to Knoebels lol.

/\ Yeah thats what I mentioned in the first post. Maybe they are hoping to make and "update" then slap a whole bunch of new stuff and characters into the rides. I only hope it all turns out as good as Pirates and they do it right if they go that route.

I love animals and all for helping them and all, but I also eat meat and hate PETA because really they have their priorities WAY out of wack. Where the hell were they during Fear Factor?!

The African Queen or something, not sure. but yet another ride-to-movie translation. Disney proved it can do it right with Pirates after the terrible Country Bears (although I saw parts and didnt think it was horrible) and the dissapointing (to me anyway) Haunted Mansion flicks. It would be cool to see this movie go the way of Indiana Jones or something along those lines.

I cant wait for Wii, it has so much going for it. Im pretty sure Nintendo will achieve their goal of Wii just becoming "another household appliance" or something like it, just something that will be needed around the house and used on a daily basis for just about any function. I mean, why would i need a computer really with a Wii? I can come on TPR through Opera and what not. I can check weather, news, interact with people, etc, everything. Im thinking Nintendo might just come out on top here. (even if their priorities COMPLETELY took a 180 in a very short time lol. Back with Gamecube and before, they were "all about gaming, its all about gaming", with Wii its more like "all about overal functionality for just about anything" lol )
