there WAS a castle game where you escaped a burning casle, and it was there after six flags switched hands, and six flags had nothing to do with the planning of the game so chances are it was purely coincidal but still kinda wrong. Also I agree the doc was cheesy ( i saw it a while ago) but I think it is factual and the guy mostly knows what hes talking about as he was there. If even 75% of those facts are true about how Six Flags reacted directly or the structure of the ride itself, its down-right DISTURBING in my opinion. What a terrible nightmare that NEVER had to happen. Six Flags really f*cked up big time here, and it was this and the other couple events after (but mainly this) which is the reason my friends and I never went to six flags as kids (or not at all) Our parents thought of six flags as unsafe and just never took us or mentioned it, which back then it seems they made a good decision. I agree it goes a little far with references to 9/11 and all, and theres no chance of any memorial. First off its six flags we are dealing with. Second, why would any company build a memorial in a park that would remind people of such a tragedy, especially a tragedy that was 95% THEIR fault??

hehe, thanks /\, and no not yet i hope to get a Wii eventually tho... I stopped by gamestop at 12 am on the 19th but there were no extras sadly lol so i couldn't "kinda" pick one up on my bday.

I pretty much joined/hang out there cause of Mike lol, and it is cool to chill on there, make gestures, chat with some peeps, even go to a club and request some music or watch a movie (free movies is good lol).

yeah he seems really shooken up and sorry about the whole thing, Im not so sure its really what he meant to happen, obviously. Also, poeple do seem to ingore the fact the guy spewed back "cracker ass white boy" and stooped to his level, which, well, isnt the best thing to do yet that goes COMPLETELY ignored among the media, ah well. also LOL don thats pretty messed up.... just not right...

actually that links right to the video again, and more i see it, I think the guys maybe were too "sensative" as it was part of a joke, they just got up and left and started him calling him a cracker and white boy, which, well, THAT was uncalled for as well on their part. There is the skip where we dont know whats going on. And he does say whats buried beneath you, as in, talking about the stupic crap the south used to do, just my take on it more i see it.

hoys makes a point. I mean, I agree maybe he stuff is a bit too much and edgy, but I don't think the guy is a racist. Good point about black comedians, Im not racist, but you could go to a black comedy club or watch tv and see some pretty "racist" stuff ( I dont think theyre really racist either, its just their kind of comedy) But i do think black comedians can do it, why is it so sacred for us to use the "taboo N word". Blacks use it amonst themselves as well as "cracker" to decribe whites in comedy acts many times, so maybe thi was all just blown up. Not that im offended by the use of cracker, since like I mentioned earlier, I dont think they are being racist its part of the comedy act and they never use it in a serious manner. I fyoure overly sensative then don't watch that type of comedy. I dunno, it could be taken different ways since I dont really know what happened in those 10 seconds and I dont usually watch his comedy.

yeah i know not on launch date but after, alot of the places here will hold them for up to an hour if you can get your butt there. Or at least call right before youre about to leave to get somewhat of an idea haha, better then going blindly.

um... why dont you call these places before going there lol, i mean, im planning on visiting a crap load of stores... via my phone... so i dont like, you know, waste gas and all that stuff, specially when gas is all spensive nowadays. Call, be like "yo you got Wii, you don't, ok" better then drivin' there and finding it out. If you call a store that has one, just ask them to hold one, they most likely will for about 30 mins to an hour so you can get there and grab it.

Nice pics, and congrats on your Wii. I like how you mentioned organization. I went to a Wii launch last night at my local Gamstop and the store clerks went on and on about how much of a pleasure it is to deal with nintendo because of how organized they are with system launches. From the number of systems shipped to preorders and everything, they said they had some rough times with sony and microsoft. I can't wait to pick up a Wii myself...

/\ agreed, not that I have anything against B&M, but I think exciting things have been going on at Vekoma. I've always liked them because of how they seem to be ever changing and trying new things and coming up with some really cool stuff! Its just a shame that the execution (some roughness, maintenence problems) have lowered them a bit, but otherwise I hope the come out over B&M someday. If they got the smooth thing down, they would be one force to be reckoned with.

You definitely need no more, hell you don't even really need that lol. 20 minutes?! Trim that to about 5 minutes and 37 seconds and you can get Knex AND the halfway decent hooker... spread your money around a little...

Yeah ultimately I had to go for Invert because theyre alot of fun and like said, nobody makes inverts like B&M although I do like vekomas. Thinking about it now though I should have gone with dive machine because its something more unique to B&M. B&M track record (in no order): Sit Down: Kumba Hulk Floorless: Kraken Hydra Stand Up: Mantis Inverted: Ice Fire Talon Raptor Dive Machine: Sheikra So the only types I have yet to go on are B&M Flyers and Hypers.
