When BTR first opened @ SFGAM it had 3 trains , very rarely did the third train run. Most of the time the 3rd train just sat at the back of the transfer track. After the 4th or 5th season the 3rd train was scraped for parts, I'm not even sure if the third train lasted that long. All the other SF parks that had received BTR clones only came with 2 trains.

Count me in for Nov 1. I'm planning on going for part of the day this Sunday.

Sorry to here about your horrible week, If i weren't so madly in love with my wife i would leave her for you. Things will get better just give it some time. My wife and i have been going down that road for the last year now, but things are just starting to look up a little now. Just hang in their. ^^ Yes he does, and so do I. Heard from a source that HH will get a expansion in the old Space Shuttle America area, and I was told that it would not be completely done until the 2011 season. As for the Chang rumor, my source could not tell me were Chang will end up at. So i guess for now will have to wait and see.

^ I just rode Iron Wolf 2 weeks ago, this is the first time in 3 years I have been on it and I have to say I don't think it is that much rougher than it was 3 years ago. Course you just have to know what position to ride it.

I would sooner get Chang than a SLC any day. Just about all B&M's (other than Iron Wolf) are better than a SLC.

If Chang were to come here I would look for it to go where Splash Water Falls was and taking out Great American Raceway.

Just thought I would let everyone know that 2010 season passes are on sale for $64.99, that also includes admission for the rest of the 2009 season.

Plus look @ the effort that Six Flags has put into saving and rehabbing the Shockwave @ SFOT, I really don't think the Whizzer is going anywhere, but I could be wrong. I would look @ the Demon first, just think if they took the Demon out that would leave the room they need for Chang and them some.

That is so true. I swear some people are sue happy, If their was any way that people can make money off a business when it is clearly not the businesses fault they will. I know this because the bowling center I work has been going threw this quiet a bit lately.

I don't see what the big deal is about the restraints. The most important thing is a Brand new Intamin Giga Coaster, or just the fact that its Intamin.

Yummmmm great idea either way. I'm pleased with the B&M option. With B&M you can make capacity a fun game... But with the cable lift, I guess there's a set high capacity because the lift can only go up and down so fast, right? I was trying to figure that out with MF. Even if you get a fast dispatch ready, you'll have to wait for the cable lift! Versus just dispatching when you're ready. You're on automatic versus manual from the way I see it... I just wish the B&M hypers had more ejector air like Raging Bull does of the first drop and that they were more aggressive and out of control. Nothing like Maverick thought. I still don't know if i like Diamondback more or Raging Bull, I like and dislike both for different reasons. I really liked Diamondback.

I totally agree I would sooner see a out of control Gravity Group Woodie than a GCI Woodie, I still think their coasters are great but I like GG better.

Just talked to my source today and by 3:00 their was over 40,000 guests at the park on Saturday.

I just heard from my source (manager) @ SFGAM that their will be a Hurricane Harbor expansion for the park. But it would not be complete until 2011 season, he also told me that it would go in the rumored Space Shuttle America, and Winners Circle Go Kart area. I did not ask him when they would start on it, so I'm not sure if they they will be doing it in phases and some of it will open next year, or it will all be done for the 2011 season, as for next year I'm not sure what they have planed. The next time we see him I will find out more, I did not want pump him for to much information while I was @ the park. When I find out more I will post it.

I would believe it. My wife has a friend their that's in management and he said their was over 30,000 people their when he left at 3pm. He also said Friday July 3 they had over 40,000 people their. Just talked to my wife and their was 39,000 people yesterday.

I could not agree more, we just went to Kings Island 2 weeks ago to ride Diamondback, and I thought it was a great ride. But Raging Bull is still a better ride. Gotta love the back seat rides.

I can't believe that the injury was on May 31 and it wasn't reported to the park until June 16, sounds like a load of crap to me, and some money. I have never ridden SoB so i cant say how ruff it is, but i have been on a few coasters that have beat the crap out of me, these are the one's that come to mind, Mega Zeph (SFNO), the Villain (Geauga Lake),the Boss (SFSTL), and the Rattler (SFFT). We just visited the park Sunday and surprise, just before we left I had herd that it was closed and that no one new when it would open again. I have been to the park 6 times since SoB has opened and i have yet to ride it, and would be nice to get the credit. I know I'm not missing very much.
