  1. Now we're talking! Email me: bigmuffexpress@hotmail.co.uk
  2. ^Hmmm... sounds interesting. I'm not sure about 3ds really, I don't know what kind of scenery would work apart from trees! You have any ideas?
  3. Eighties - Killing Joke
  4. Yeah, it's kind of common sense to think *just a little bit* about what you are doing... Perhaps we should just make multi-tasking a crime. Much less accidents.
  5. ^ Yeah, exactly. The best way to own a really good park is to make what you have as good as possible before banging huge rides in. Unlike a certain park near Malton in North Yorkshire....
  6. But to be fair the most you can hope to achieve on the M25 is about 10mph Well duh! I bet the people who designed that motorway have a big "70mph" sign in their office which they have labelled 'messiah'. Still, I don't know if you have ever crashed at 10mph, but it HURTS.
  7. I think BPPB needs to work on other things before sticking a new ride in. Although, I think this is the case with many parks to be honest! PMBO still needs big sections of track re-installing and re-designing at least... I was thinking along the lines of a small-ish (Like 100ft or so) Intamin looping coaster, given that they already have 3 wooden coasters, a launched coaster, and a hypercoaster. Alot of parks make the mistake of getting really faddy coasters (like SLCs, hypers, etc) before they have a good solid and basic one in there.
  8. Welcome! We already have a thread for this, right here!
  9. Seriously, who is retarded enough to think that texting/calling/eating/reading (etc.) whilst not looking at the road and/or steering with your legs whilst going at 70mph down a motorway is AT ALL safe? I just don't understand at all. In the UK, there are big fines for people who are caught doing any of those! I think that people who are eating and drinking are just given a warning though. But there has been many a time where I have seen drivers with a newspaper or magazine spread out across the steering wheel on the M25 or any other stupidly busy road. I personally find it frightening.
  10. Yeah I do that too, sometimes it's just to see why users got banned lol
  11. ^^Thanks! Those alone took about 3 hours! ^The trains reaches roughly 3.5G in that turn, and given that the terrain is uneven I'm kind of compensating for that a bit. It might be too much, but it just means less maintenence costs and a better ride in real life! The train travels much faster over some parts than you might think! I may remove the outer beams on some parts though, and I am still in two minds as to whether or not I should use steel beams. Also, this coaster isn't really being built in a specific 'style', I'm building it using different transitions, supports, and trains etc. to other companies. I feel it gives you much more freedom when you don't have to essentially copy certain things by certain wooden coaster companies.
  12. Well, I started the day off vomiting. Lots. I went to college as normal, and had a damn good day! Then, I went to get the bus home. I stuck out my arm and attracted the attention of the driver, who proceeded to look at me, look straight ahead, and drive on. Normally, this would have been no problem. However, this was the last bus for 3 hours. So, I had to wander round a HUGE shopping centre in a totally unfamiliar city for that 3 hours. When I eventually got on a bus home, I was sat at the back next to a GROSS old man who apparently gets extremely travel sick. So, all the 2 hour journey back and still feeling rather ropey, I had to listen to some disgusting old pervert chuck his guts up into a shopping bag. Still, I'm home now, and I still (to some extent) have my health. WEEKEND PLEASE!!
  13. Time for a big ol' update! What do you think so far? Minor supports also added! Some of the ground-hugging air hills. More finished supports! Finished hill supports! High speed turn
  14. Convert it using the track packager and try re-posting, none of the scenery or anything worked for me!
  15. Roughly a third of the the ride will be terra-formed so the track stays in contact (or near enough) with the ground. I was thinking about asking for testers actually, would anyone fancy having a look (in secret, duh) and seeing what needs tweaking?
  16. The transitions are fine, its just i think i was pushing the limit of what a PTC train can actually do. Thanks for the advice though! This project is currently being regularly updated in its own thread, please have a look!
  17. Here is where I am at so far. Track is done, aside from a few tweaks I need to make because of the longer trains; I'm using Millenium Flyers in stead of PTCs due to wheel hits. Supports are going to be a mix of pre-fab and custom. The main structure will be prefab and all the reinforcement for turns and such will be custom. Screenshot time! "The Bridge" - Angle two! "The Bridge" - Two headchoppers! Overview of what is done so far.
  18. ^ I noticed one or two *marginal* wheel hits, so I have changed the trains to Millenium Fliers. However, this is doesn't make it a GCII coaster, so don't expect an end product as such!
  19. Woah dchighheat, your coaster fully kicks the ass right off of the one i was about to post.... Oh well! This is something I'm working on at the moment, tentatively entitled 'Revenge: I'll Show You!!'. Basically, I have got some really crappy ratings over on NL Coaster Exchange, and I'm trying to make my best ever ride to show that I can actually 'do' No Limits. Sad, eh? Anyway, here is as far as i have got. It comprises a steep drop, ejector + floater air, ejector air again, a big lateral push, and low and fast ejector hills. Not sure if i will finish it though. This section looks good from rather alot of angles! Airtime! Twisted!
  20. Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, but some people there might have been way too harsh... I never ever boast about my work (hell, its only a game!), but there have been much crappier rides made that scored well into the 8s and 9s! The mods there seem to think it's fair though. I dunno.
  21. OK, I posted this ride on NL Coaster Exchange not too long ago (the page is located here) and so far it has not very favourable reviews. Is this coaster that bad? Or have i just had bad luck with the people that reviewed it? Comments would be appreciated please!
  22. What? Who said my name??
  23. One time, I had a dream that I was at Alton Towers with Hector I mean... eh?
  24. Do a search on your hard drive and find the files, then make sure you remember where they are saved?
  25. To punish the non-believers (Tom Cruise knows what I'm talking about). Why is jelly known as 'jello' in the US?
