I really have to agree. The "Dreams come True" firework show really blew me away! I'm not much for staying for the fireworks but I'm so glad we did on the last trip! _six

Nice TR! Looks like you guys had fun! Yeah, it is great to have space back! I actually didn't like the spinning tunnel effect on the 3rd lift. But I guess I don't like them in mazes either. The soundtrack is the biggest change in my opinion; not bad. But I prefer the old Rock and Roll one over the new "James Bondish/Disco" one! Its a shame that they trimmed down Screamin! I remember the airtime on those hills was insane! Oh well, at least its still a great ride. _six

Of course you can ride everything! The park isn't very big. If knotts was to build another big ride I'd expect it to go to the right of ghostrider. Of course they would have to tear out the dumpsters and whatever the hell they put back there too! I can honestly see them ripping out a major chunk of Ghost town for it too. So its without a doubt do-able. Also, I think that construction is for the New Johnny Rockets coming in! _six

Hey Twister! Sounds like your having a fun time in So cal. About the girls not being allowed to take pictures on the Haunted Mansion. I was able to get a pov of everyride I wanted to on my last visit to the DLR; except for that ride!?!? Not sure why they didn't allow the camera or the video camera. But yeah, I can see them yelling at the girls. Pirates is IMO and old ride but if you grew up on it, it feels special. But I can see how someone who didn't can see it as being boring. _six

Ok, the park is ready for the first person to add their attraction on it! Now, PLEASE read this. When you open the park you will see the map color-coded with the following colors. Red = Main Street USA Purple = Fantasy Land Green = Tommorow Land Yellow = Adventure Land Ice = Mickey's Toontown Black and White Tiles = Main Gate/ Ticket booths (NO RIDES) PLEASE build your addition to the right area of the park. Rides that are built in the wrong area will be saved but deleted from the park map. If you wish for an area to be expanded you may do so yourself as long as it doesn't take up more than 150 squares. The first time I rode it I was shocked to how "safe" of a feeling it has. I never had any "floating" time on it. Perhaps it has something to due with its larger car but you don't feel like your in danger. Meh, kinda hard to explain. I almost want to say it reminds me of a Coaster Simulator. _six

Actually IMHO, SFMM is getting much better at park operations. Sure a few extra rides are going to be closed due to the construction of Tatsu. But that would be so at any park. Not to mention So Cal is getting hit really hard with high winds which prevents some rides to operate. _six

Sounds like you had a good day at the mountain. I'm not sure what it is but latley colossus has been running really well. :? Also, how did your battery run out of power in just 5 minutes?!? You kinda need to charge those things _six

It really depends on the day. Sometimes I see it launching close to the brakes and other days its a little higher than your "after" line. _six
