  1. Was the phone call that important?
  2. "This film is not yet rated" was really good. If you like documentaries I suggest you pick this one up. Burn after reading was really good! I really didn't know what the movie was about (I don't like to hype myself up) and my friend dragged me to see it last night. I highly suggest this movie if you are into their style of humor.
  3. Dude awesome! The pic of Allison and I in the front seat of Cyclone is classic! I was bracing for pain (I remembered the back seat ride) and then realized it was pretty good in the front. Oh and with the pic of Jenn and Trent on the Tilt-a-Whirl, the thing was so slow and never spun, so we all just had conversations the entire time.
  4. But aren't posts deleted because the member makes so many mistakes or violates the Terms of Service? Seems like you may never get your wish, that is unless Wes goes absolutely crazy.
  5. Since this game is called "And Then There Were None", I'm going to assume the last person dies as well. Keeping that in mind, all you people that want to kill Wes, save him for last and enjoy the moment. Save the greatest death for last.
  6. Yay! I'm glad to be seeing these updates finally. Sesame was actually a really cool way to start off the trip! It was a social day for us.
  7. That's the book I was about to buy. I haven't found anyone that read it so didn't have any reviews. At least I can keep my hopes down and then maybe I'll like it. Hrmm, I'll have to check out the other suggestions made here.
  8. Being the small chance in hell Mayonnaise will bring Tyler down, I'm jumping ship and switching my vote!
  9. Yeah, so sorry Tyler, but that weird Mayonnaise phobia of yours is what I am basing my vote off of.
  10. Great updates so far Hanno! I'm looking forward to the start of the next part of the trip.
  11. ^Uh yah, not so funny. Besides, Christiana is awesome! A trip without her would be very boring, especially when you clash. "When Bitches Collide" So about the whole line cutters. I forgot what park I was at on the East Coast Trip, but I remember a security guard handing out tickets in line to keep everyone in place. The funny thing is, they just collect them at the end without checking the numbers. Seems kind of pointless and waste of a perfectly good tree.
  12. I still don't understand the whole fastpass debate. I'm all for it! Am I going to use it when I go to Orlando and only live a few hours away? No, I just go on a day that's not busy. If I am going to a park that I will probably never go to again, and I know its going to be busy, then yes, I'm going to purchase one. My question is, if its such a problem for some people, why not complain that car rentals have special lines for their VIP members and they they already have the car ready to go when they arrive. That certainly backs up the line when renting a car. What about the fact that banks have separate lines for customers and non customers? Heck, some banks even have personalize service for people that invest a lot of money in the bank. Its all part of convenience. Am I going to complain that first class customers on a plane are going to get free drinks? No, they paid for that service. I can't complain they get free alcohol when I clearly chose the cheapest seat possible. What about the hotel guests that are frequent members and get perks? A lot of services have perk systems with a fee but I don't understand why its the fastpass system that takes the most complaints. I work for a timeshare company and we have more rewards for owners that spend much more money than regular timeshare owners. Is it fair? Yes. If you are spending $50,000 in timeshare, then you ought to get special perks than someone that spends $5,000. The way I see it, the same number of guests are in the park so if there was no fast pass system, they would be in the regular line anyway. That, to me, would keep it just as long since you would still have the same number of people waiting. And speaking of this topic, if there was one thing I could get rid of, it would be a way to get rid of actual line cutters. So far, the only hope I have is Jenn (enjen) making fun of them till they leave.
  13. My favorite part of Kings Dominion was during the Q&A Management. Q: Why doesn't KD have some sort of Fastpass upgrade option at the park. A from Mgmt: I personally hate fast passes and don't agree with them. People can get upset for cutting. At the end of the Q&A session: Here are some front of the line passes for the remainder of the day.
  14. I usually hate commercials, but for some reason, the latest batch of Progessive Insurance Commercials entertain me.
  15. So apparently I have two neighbors that have put up their hurricane shutters. No idea why since the storm is clearly hitting Cuba and going south. Hrmm, maybe they went to the future and know something we don't? I would give them the benefit of the doubt, however, I see no need for them to do that when the Broward County EOC clearly said not to for the past several days being that it is a fire hazard and all.
  16. ^HAHA That's what I was going to say! With the amount of horrible photos of me, I'm going to say that I'm really not all the photogenic. So this park actually has potential but the staff sucked! I loved getting booed by the ride op for using a flashpass on one of the longest lines in the park. I equally loved the ride op encouraging the people in line to boo us as well. Oh and the "I can't believe you are cutting in front of all those kids" line was just fantastic . That was more embarrassing but oh well. I'm glad we left early to fight the horrible D.C. "traffic". It did get us to Williamsburg super early and enough time for us to find ABC liquors! At this point, I was super glad to be done with all of the Six Flags parks.
  17. The song from the tour has been stuck in my head since the East Coast USA tour! That's why I asked for "It's the milk chocolate" from the Title Fairy. Oh that and to remind me of diva cows (truly frightening).
  18. I'm voting for Scott for two reasons. 1 - We have the same name so that means he's awesome. 2 - He introduced me to the most amazing Hoagies ever! For that, he should rule the UN.
  19. ^It didn't help that they had that weird rule of only 2 adults per car! That really backed things up!
  20. ^Take that track with a grain of salt. Its basically an average of 12 computer models. I'd give it until Sunday until we all start planning our funerals.
  21. ^Please, for my own happiness, will you please just stand in the water? Seriously, all freaking night. On to other news, working in the timeshare industry is not fun these days. We have 15 resorts up and down the east coast between Miami and Myrtle Beach. Our call center is being swamped with calls and I'm in the middle of helping senior management with implementing disaster recovery plans for several resorts, not to mention, our corporate office. I really feel bad for our call center! They've recevied about 200% more calls today from people wanting to cancel their trips. To bad they will lose their week for the year. Vacation Insurance people, be prepared! [/rant]
  22. Eric, I love your trip reports! Though it was Candace taking all the photos correct? Either way, you guys are awesome! I wish I had more time getting to know you two.
  23. ^Hahahahaha. That's the exact reason why we MISSED you on the East Coast trip!
  24. Reasons NOT to vote for Wes: 1 - There would be way too many unlocked threads. 2 - I would get to laugh reading when he corrects people. 3 - Eli would kill me being that he apparently is now a Wes fanboy. 4 - Refer to number 1. In all seriousness, I see Wes and Natalie as the final two.
  25. I loved this park! First, Superman was freaking great! I loved being able to ride it over and over again. Sucks that I had to ride this before the bad Superman at SFA. Second, Jenn and I met the greatest bartender (Amy) at the waterpark. She was freaking awesome. Third, the Sky Swatter (death on a stick) is evil! Totally evil. I've never been in so much pain. Ok, so it wouldn't have been so bad if the restraints weren't automatic. It keeps going down and crushing you. When I breathed in, it would send more room and push the restraint further! Finally, the boomerang was actually fun. I don't remember it hurting. Only down side was when we broke it, we rocked back and forth for a minute like something snapped.
