Yep, Have you seen a semolina pilchard climbing up the Eiffel Tower... (the one at Epcot counts)?

^ Nah I find the whole idea of gym workouts boring, to be honest. I'm a karateka instead And also doing gymnastics and circus on the side. < Is wishing it was 5 o'clock already. No, scratch that. The Midwest Trip. v Has done some kind of martial art before but sucked at it. Badly. So quit it.

^ You mean piggy back? Um. Would probably kill me (and that's not saying you're overweight) < Is currently at work and shouldn't be posting, really. v Is home in his or her pyjamas/boxers/whatever they sleep in

nah that's a crap site you wouldn't catch me posting on there! -
No. Bring on the Midwest Trip! Have you ever ever in your long-legged life seen a long-legged sailor with a long-legged wife?

A standout TR -- good to see what goes into the makings of such machines. I have a bubblewrap fetish (non-sexual). Can you please post a wallpaper-sized version? - Tony "Steal me one of those giant rolls & I'll be set for life" Teulan

What Happens If You Drink A Coke Right Now?
Zen Coaster replied to LcHg5265's topic in Random, Random, Random
Had to laugh at how offended the spokesperson was when we visited the local Coca-Cola factory and someone asked if cocaine had ever been an ingredient. Has anyone here tried 'Mother'? It sounds like it would taste like liquified crap. -
Yay! This is my 400th post! I'm going to use it to post my happiness about the midwest trip drawing closer and closer. Bring on August 2nd!............

I wish I had started in gymnastics from an early age. -
No. *dies* Do you find Minnie Mouse sexier than Daisy Duck?

Ok, the last movie I saw at the movies was Mr Bean's Holiday and I really enjoyed it. Not the absolutely best movie you'll see in your life but it had an old-fashioned, charming feel. Also, it only had a bit of rehashed/revamped material & was way way better than the first movie. Special mention must go to the begging, busking & filming scenes but there were quite a few highlights really. Rowan Atkinson took the character out well and that's coming from a long-time fan (ever since 12 years ago when my school teacher would put a Mr Bean tape on pretty much every day after lunch! ) Seeing a movie tomorrow, might even catch a second. 'Meet the Robinsons' looks like great fun and my friend said she enjoyed it. I thought it was a great movie for Keanu. Kinda advances him beyond the 'Whoa' of the Matrix movies. That said, I'm a time travel nut so any movie about the subject I'm going to probably enjoy. I'm going to wait and see '300' in a few days with friends but it looks really good. Love ancient history stuff. Premonition not good hey? To me it looks like an interesting kind of plot so I'll still check it out and judge for myself.

^ Good morning, good morning, to you! ^ And you ^^ And you...! < Had first churro ever tonight! OMG Why did it take me this long? v Finds cosplay harmless though often extremely disturbing.

Yes, will definitely look at being there for the opening. Hope they'll end up opening one in Australia though. Do you think your career will be theme park-related?

Ahh she's too cute -- definitely looks like she has plenty of personality. Thanks for sharing. It's good to see she has her first Intamin credits and while she may be a long way from getting a Superman Escape one in both years and distance, we'll have it ready and waiting -
Finding Nemo at Disneyland

Been following this closely, looks like it will be pretty cool. Can't wait to hit it in my week in SoCal with Allison Alvarez and her brother before we go on the midwest trip! -
Cruising down to Sydney this weekend to go to the Royal Easter Show... probably Sunday day/night and then Monday until sundown then will fly back here to the Gold Coast. Anyone want to meet up on either day? I *could* come down tomorrow but Movie World has their Sci-Fi Fantasy Night where the park operates all its rides and provides live entertainment so I don't want to miss that either. Anyway let me know

Throw it in at #8 if you like. It's still fun but doesn't have anywhere near the force/overall impact it once had and to me doesn't justify a long wait. If the lines short, then it's ok but I'd rather go on the Giant Drop a few times and hit the other rides than to do the Tower of Terror at all. I wish we had the Disney type of Tower of Terror instead

The Simpsons Theme Park
Zen Coaster replied to Tobias94's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
My mistake, I was looking through some Simpsons comics and I have the The Rise & Fall Of Krustyland ones so seeing them put that in my head. -
Home parks are Dreamworld, Movie World & Sea World (which just has a Corkscrew). Out of them it's a very easy decision: Movie World's Superman Escape, an Intamin Accelerator. A short ride but an awesome one. That's the best park for coasters too: 01 Superman Escape - Intamin Accelerator - Movie World 02 Lethal Weapon - Inverted - Movie World 03 Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster - Dark Ride/Wild Mouse - Movie World 04 Runaway Reptar - Dreamworld 05 Road Runner Rollercoaster - Family Coaster 06 Corkscrew - Sea World 07 Cyclone - Dream World 2 new coasters coming this year: DW's getting booster bikes, waterpark Wet'n'Wild is getting a halfpipe with water jets (since people will just be wearing boardshorts/swimsuits). I'm guessing then that the bikes will be (2) and the halfpipe around the middle of the pack with the other coasters adjusting accordingly.

The Simpsons Theme Park

A better idea would be to do Itchy & Scratchy Land, that way you could mirror the kinds of rides and attractions in that episode - maybe even a parade with 'killer robots'
