For some weird reason, I'm starting to get into old disco songs. BeeGees, Earth Wind and Fire, KC and the Sunshine Band... That stuff gets addicting...

^ Alright, the one with the RHCP song, I can understand. But another video of mine was removed because of ten seconds of "Surfin' USA". I still don't understand why it had to be muted. It's only ten seconds! But...it's already been done. What's the point of fighting it? There isn't anything I can use in my defense. It's just that it makes me sad to see good AMVs and such get removed. But Wes, you have a good point. Maybe I will start looking into underrated talent for my RCT3 videos next time. ---space "catch Speeders on truTV" mtfan

I got accepted to Cal State San Bernandino!

I know this really belongs in the "rant" thread, but this has to do with music. I hate the WMG (Warner Music Group). Recently, they have blocked and removed so many music videos from YouTube. They even go as far as to mute a video for 10 seconds of a song. This has happened to me. One of my popular videos had to be removed because it had "By The Way" by Red Hot Chilli Peppers (not the whole song). I was on the verge of filling one of those DMCA complaints, but I knew it wasn't going to help (though, one YTP member named "WalrusGuy" got his videos back by filing a complaint against a toothpaste company). Sometimes I think they are pushing it. Shouldn't they be happy that people are enjoying and using their songs in creative ways (AMV's, parodies, etc.)? I don't know. I just don't like what the WMG are doing. What do you think? ---spacemtfan

Ehhh...I have seen dirtier water in Mexico. Though, the water condition is pretty bad in that park. -
Track Spottings!
spacemtfan replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Hmmm...this is mysterious. Maybe they just put some tracks out for paint tests. I don't know. That's my theory. -
^ That doesn't seem right. I would sue them too. Though, to be honest, I don't really see how far suing them will take you. You can certainly try, however.

I love watching the Colbert Report! He is so funny!

I agree with both of you. Now, I am an Obama supporter, but I seriously hate all of the people who keep saying "he's going to run the country into the ground" and all of that other junk.

I'm starting to hate YouTube now. Okay, I just uploaded my RCT3 video, Rasengan. Then, I get a damn message, saying that it has to be muted...because it has ten seconds of Beach Boy's "Surfin' USA". 10 FREAKING' SECONDS! WTF?!? They're going to mute my video just because it has 10 seconds of a Beach Boys song! What's up with that?!? God, sometimes I REALLY hate YouTube and its stupid copyright rules...thing!

^ Wow...man, sorry about your losses! It's not going to get any better, but once everything is over, you can only go up from there. ^^ That happens to me too and I hate that! It sucks to be paired up with either idiots or anti-socials.

Theme Park Review's 2008 Asia Tour!
spacemtfan replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Just out of curiousity, who even approves the stuff that Fuji-Q Highland does? -
^^ ^ It actually is part of an existing park that I'm creating. Hopefully I don't screw it up. I have no pictures for today, but I do have a preview video up-and-running at TPRTV and YouTube. Enjoy! I just want to see if anyone knows an answer to my question: Is there any good rap songs that can sync up to roller coasters? Almost nothing I looked at syncs up with coasters. The only one that was close was remixing Obie Trice's "Got Some Teeth" with the Roller Coaster at the New York, New York Hotel. Just want to know...

January 7, 2009 Happy New Year everybody! Sorry I wasn't able to get the POV out in time before New Year's Day, like I promised. But things got in the way, like life, homework, and the mock trial for my Government class. Also, with school semester finals coming up, I can't waste time. Anyway, I need a little help with supporting the catwalks on the first hill: Is that fine to just leave the catwalks floating in mid air, or is there some way that they are supported. I would like to know before the park decides to crash on me. Here is another overview of the ride. Feel free to leave comments and feedback!

^ I hope that's not directed to me. I'm not really a big Criss Angel fan. My little brother and sister are, but they don't think he's a God. Though...the one time when he walked on water...I'm still scratching my head on how he does it.
-
^ Eh, most schools always look the other way when jocks are involved. It's total bullcrap, I know...but what can you do? Right now, I hate all of these negative reviews for the new Criss Angel show at the Luxor Hotel in Vegas. People complain that there's no magic tricks in the show, but magic isn't the point of it! Criss Angel is unleashing his artistic side. It's looking into one's vision of the world. Granted, I don't care much for Criss Angel, but I thought the show was well-done. I will easily see it again anytime!

Silver Bullet...and Sierra Sidewinder...and Pony Express... I'm sure if they went as far as taking out Bigfoot Rapids, Mystery Lodge, and some backstage buildings, they'll have plently of room for Led Zeppelin. P.S. Just to add...I think the coolest part about Led Zeppelin was the on-board system, but Robb has already said enough about the music.
