Hey, Today my mom, sister, and I went to IOA and USF. The main reason for going was IOA's new show. It was a pretty good show,but I'm glad it's only going on during the summer. The show was fun to watch, and to listen to the people talking about it "announcer style". After seeing it once it's kind of something you would just watch while walking by. There were a lot of dead moments during the show where there was nothing to watch. The main viewing area was outside the JP Discovery Center, but people were watching from all over the park. We watched from the walkway behind Mythos. Overall it was a good show. Nothing to drive across the country for, but it was enjoyable! Here are the pictures I took that turned out! Hopefully I'll be posting the video I took Later tonight or tomorrow. Maybe some random park photos too! At the end of the show you could meet the atheletes that preformed in the show. Everyone kinda just walked by them...I felt bad. Next time I'll deffinately go up and talk with them. Thanks for reading! Check back for the video. Anyone drive a Volkswagen? Finale with pyrotechnics! Ya, that guys is about to fall. Coming back the other way. These guys were cool. They were pretty synchronized. A slightly better picture of these awesome boards. Allright you can't really tell from the picture but these things were awesome! Picture a wakeboard with a chair on it and an anchor sticking out of the bottom. Jet Skis! Allright here is the beginning of the show. Everyone is riding around, and waving. People who are viewing from the Discovery Center are warned that they WILL get wet. Yay boats! Uhh, not sure what he is doing! Maybe something with the fireworks. About an hour before the show started this guy started warming up. In JP this sign was sort of the flag waving people down to come see the show. The Showtimes for the day. We watched the first show. This boat is here to greet you as you walk into the park.

^ I actually just read in the Tampa Tribune that BG should be announcing the new attraction this fall. I can scan the article later today if anyone would like to see it. Awesome video and pictures! Must've been cool to be considered media!

The concept art looks great. I can't imagine how awesome this will look when it's actually built.

This is sad. Was there a reason given for the deaths? I agree these animals seem to do better on their own, but I also understand why people want to study them. Someone needs to find a happy medium where the animals can be studied safely in a natural environment.

Looks awesome! When I saw the inside of Pedal to the Medal I thought of Disco H2O at Wet in Wild. Which isn't exactly a bad thing! What is the construction on the side of the building? Is it the queue? Anyways it really looks great. I can't wait to see this park grow. It has better feel of realism then Hershey's Hawaiian Escape.

I think the point is no one knows EXACTLY what the modifications are, and the extent of them.

Looks good so far. Why not use water instead of a pool for the lake in the front?

Awesome Pictures! From what I could see it looked like they really did a nice job with the ride. I always wondered how big it is inside the subs...is the seating two across?

I agree it started out great, but have they added anything since they opened? The Pirates ride is awesome though!

Awesome TR! My Dad and I are planning a Cedar Point and Geauga Lake before the summer ends. I was really excited to here the On-site Hotels guests get into the park early, but it looked like nothing was open on time

Awesome! The after party looked pretty cool. My sister went to a BMG show ,and they were encouraged to take pictures and video. Anyways, this looks like an awesome addition to CityWalk.Hopefully I'll see a show before the summer ends.

Awesome Photo TR! Really nice "tour" of most of the bigger Texas parks. The Pink Things look so good and they seem to be WAY cheaper than the ColdStone's prices.

Odd...I don't know about a wedding, but a vow renewal would be cool on a coaster! I have a feeling the 7/7/07 will become the new 6/6/06 with superstitious people. Ok I'll admit I was scared on 6/6/06, but to get married on a day you think is lucky seems superstitious to me.

I liked the layout a lot. Once you smooth it out or whatever your planning on doing it'll be great! The terrain was really good too!

People have mentioned (and pretty much proven) that Harry Potter will not just be a "fad". Even if it did die, I’m sure it would be a sanctuary for die hard fans. I do totally agree with your #1 statement. Also, with this new "layout" with DD and Flying Unicorn being rethemed, and the land behind Jurassic Park. IMO, that would be dumb. The only land JP would have would be the Triceratops Encounter. Also, why would they build a train bringing people to the new ride in the parking lot? It seems like a really complicated/bad layout.

Ugh, that image is depressing. If it's correct Lost Continent will be the smallest, most use-less island at the park. If they are including DD and Flying Unicorn as two of the three Potter rides that's pathetic. I geuss I better start taking a lot more pictures of LC before it's destroyed.
