That's incorrect. They haven't been able to get the second train approved yet. Part of the reason for that is it hasn't been tested in enough varying conditions, a.k.a. day and night, etc.

And as far as spinning, it really depends on the weight distribution. I recommend the back seats, as does everyone else it seems!

You can...but eventually things go wrong. Neck problems, back problems, etc. can stop you from riding. It depends on the person of course. I know fifty year olds who go on coaster trips and fifty year olds who can't ride anymore.
