  1. Here some pics of mine
  2. Do it again - Chemical bros.
  3. Yet another pic of the terrible Xcity part in Movieland
  4. I'm looking forward to meeting everybody in Toverland on the 10th, and also looking forward to the ERT on Troy and boosterbike, although i think everybody will be on Troy during the ERT
  5. Just got back from today's 'official' openingday of Troy. Troy is great ! The station fly-through is brilliant and get's everybody excited during waiting. I noticed a lot of 'am i going in that' reactions in the station. The first drop is steep and the speed after that almost doesn't get lost until the breaks.
  6. Don't you like the color of this log flume in Movieland Studios, Italy ?
  7. I don't have a real homepark, so left out all coasters in belgium. As far as i can remember, it must be something like this : Rita, QoS, Alton Towers Abismo, PdA Revenge of the Mummy, USO All coasters in De Efteling incl De Vliegende Hollander this year All coasters in DLP and WDS, Paris The new kiddiecoaster in Movieland, Italy (yes, i'm proud ) And... on Sunday i'll be on Troy, Toverland which is officially opening today.
  8. I've added my location on the frappr site. (Ekeren near Antwerp, Belgium)
  9. ^ Well, i wouldn't be too sure about that : the people of Madrid like to visit PdA as from the late afternoon or early evening after work. It is often busier in the evening than during the rest of the day. Although the park was only opened till 9 pm during our visit, we noticed that a lot of people were still entering the park when we left the park at 7 pm ! The lines at the entrance were at time in any case bigger than the ones in the morning. So recommend to be there early and not count on light crowds during the evening.
  10. It's is indeed unbelievable that the lapbars are on Abismo are not physically checked. There must be a control screen on which the operator can see that all lapbars are secured, but still, a physical check should be done. When i see the waiting times mentioned here in some posts, i really feel lucky that we had such light crowds when we were there : PdA we still had to wait a few minutes for some attractions, but in PW we had all day long only walk ons.
  11. Coaster Express, Parque Warner Madrid Gouderix, Parc Asterix Paris X: no way out, Thorpe Park London
  12. I'm really looking forward riding Troy : on July 1 I'll be there for the official opening but i'm even more looking forward to the ERT on July 10 during the mini Europe trip.
  13. I would say a (Stengel) dive loop.
  14. How much does that cost? I went on the one in Tivoli World a few years ago and it was so scary. The horror house is called Viejo Caseron i now remember due to above post. I don't remember how much exactly it costed but it must have been somewhere between euro 1.5 and 3.5.
  15. No SRQ's in PW as far as i can remember. When we were there, everybody had to pay at the entrance : no tatoos nor whristbands.
  16. I know you can buy a train ticket with Parque Warner ticket included. Since we rented a car when we there, I can't help you with anymore info on that. You can indeed buy a fast pass in PW, but also don't have any experience with that as there were zero lines when we were there (weekdays, September last year). Be aware for Coaster Express : probably the most painful coaster i've ever been on. Must do in PdA is the horror house : you have to pay a few euro to enter but it's worth the money. I'm probably getting old, but what does SRQ stands for ?
  17. Katun has a higher drop, is longer, ... but i still like Nemesis more mainly because of the landscape settings Nemesis was put into : the rocks, blood water, the waiting row, the small lift hill but longer first drop, .... Katun certainly is an excellent coaster. I would put if before Black Mamba & the Dragons.
  18. Sierra Tonante was much better than I expected. As it were my first rides on this coaster, i can't compare with before. The ride was pretty smooth only the breaks were terrible. If it is smoother than before, what is the reason for that ? New wheels ?
  19. Yeah, I noticed that too. This is probably because of the Adriatic sea being very nearby. In Blackpool P.B. e.g. , it isn't difficult either to spot rusty tracks. Rusty or not, Katun rocked in any case : impressively themed, amazing first drop, smooth inversions and very powerful.
  20. I've chosen Wild Mouse : i love the out of control ride. Second up Grand National and third the Big One.
  21. No problem this time. Some rides (horror house, U571) closed for 30 minutes during the big shows, but for the rest of the day, all rides were open and operational. For Magma, we had to wait until a truck was more or less filled but this did not take more than 5 minutes either.
  22. I have to disappoint you : Katapult is no longer there. Imo it looked like a crappy ride anyway. There is however still a wild mouse coaster called Pakal if i remember well of which i didn't take any pictures either, as i was looking to Katun all the time which was right next to this wild mouse. The Hollywood tower drop ride was open and is a very weird experience. The Tomb Raider top spin is opening in May i read on the brochure and only the theming needs to finished i think but as there was not much action going on last Friday, i doubt whether they will be able to open in May.
