  1. I don't think I could list my wild and crazy talent here, it would be inappropriate.
  2. Speaking of "old" is rec.roller.coaster still alive? I haven't used news groups in YEARS.
  3. 2 of my favorite rides are Phantoms Revenge, and Magnum, just for the tons of ejection! (Although, PR is a better design for obvious reasons.) Last time I rode Desperado, it ran brakeless, and was awesome, but it wasn't aging very well. (Back in 1998)
  4. DUDE! I just figured it out, http://www.absolutelyreliable.com/ and http://americansagainstarnr.blogspot.com/ are probably in cahoots! They BOTH link back to each other in the same fashion. (Boycott this site) They BOTH sell merchandise in similarly named stores hosted by cafepress. It's a conspiracy to get your money! (The protest site's store url is "arnr.11256399" and not "barnr", so they both use the same "name") But hey, ARNR is good stuff.
  5. ^^ That's pathetic, in typical NERD fashion. Oh yea, they got us alright, ouch, that hurt.
  6. peptide (the new cosmetic buzz-word) supercalafragilisticexpialidocious beatle snickerdoodle arugula g'nip g'nop and my own invention.... FABULICIOUS!
  7. I don't like either, but..... Up in the northeast, they do sell Bob Evan's baby-link sausage in the grocery, and DAMN, they are the best! I miss those things, I could eat 6-8 with my breakfast!
  8. i need to quit smoking!

  10. I only saw highlights of this show, and now I know why I don't watch TV anymore.
  11. Being that I'll probably be lazy this year, I have a spandex pirate outfit that I'll probably wear. AAAArrrrrrggggg!
  12. Robb, Just look at your web site stats. Betcha about 90% of the viewers here use Windows. Using Windows media would be the LEAST amount of people having to download something. And the quality isn't bad at higher bit rates that would match the same file size as mpg. (My #1 for internet media!) I'm fully against Quicktime, for the simple fact that their player is becoming a monstrosity. (You cannot download the player alone anymore, you have to download itunes as well.) Not to mention, QT players were made for Apple, then ported to Windows, which means sucky performance. Using DivX would eliminate discrimination of operating systems, since everyone would have to download something. Quality is great if you register the codec. (My #2 for internet media.) And I'm sure you've realized that Real1 is totally out of the question. (They're a privacy nightmare!) Stay away from Intel! (Indeo, The codec player isn't free anymore!) IMHO!
  13. Kurt Harland:Information Society!
  14. Hi, I'm Elissa, and back there was me before I joined Jenny Craig. I love you Kirsty!
  15. I dunno, Robb, I think you do ok. Everyone has a different tool of choice, and you do a-ok with PHPBB. We're just glad you don't have a neon-pink theme!
  16. DD was my 1st free fall ride ever, and only one of 2 1st-gen. Its mechanical quirkiness is what I found fascinating about it. Wish I had all my old videos from it.
  17. This has got to be the world's LONGEST thread!
  18. LMAO! WOW! I'm totally lost. What ever happened to good ol' p e r l? My buttocks needs to get "php for dummies". LOL
  19. Why have a contest, everyone knows it's me. LOL
  20. Yea, now that I've been playing around with Mambo (and it's little cousin, Joomla), I think Mambo will be the one for me.
  21. ^Heck, any of them can be coaster based, it's just a matter of design. (Note: still playing with Mambo, I'm really impressed.)
  22. Hi gang! I'm just curious to see what webmasters out there are using for their Content Management Systems (CMS) and why. I'm actually looking for a direction to go with one of my websites. I MAY have found the ultimate CMS called Mambo, (it was very effortless to set up, and the ad-ons are automated installs, and tons to choose from!) but I'm curious to hear other people's opinions before I make the commitment. Thanks! P.S. You can see Mambo in action at http://hamstercheese.com , it's just a default set up with some ad-ons and themes installed.
  23. AWESOME song selection, AWESOME footage, this is going to be one AWESOME DVD! I cannot wait to order it!
  24. Well, it is, but it isn't. It only exsists at themeparkreview. :? Leave it to me... LOL
