  1. One word. Terraform. Your park is very flat, and the base land is all exactly the same. That equals ugly.
  2. Six Flags Elitch Gardens was scheduled to be getting a spinning coaster this year, but funds dried up, and with new management, they plans went out the window. It was rumored to be Mr. Six's Pandemonium, the same design at SFNE. Maybe this is where its being sent?
  3. I've also head this story on Millennium Force, a girl taking off her seat belt, ride stopping, op coming up, etc etc.
  4. Here the stats: Have to Trade: 6 SFEG Need to Get: SFMW SFOT SFFT SFOG SFKK SFSt.L SFGAm SFAm Already Have: SFMM SFEG SFNE SFGAdv.
  5. A small look into whats coming for the park.... 1, 2, Freddy's comin' for you...3, 4, better lock the door... The queue entering a strange looking room...hmmm... Window peices sit to be installed. The roof has been constructed on the ground. The ride structures so high, it has to be lifted by crains!
  6. 10GB Silver iPod Mini and I love it, 705 songs.
  7. Ok, problem. Among designing this new ride, a few to many sodas, and a hand full of restraining orders, the game never got saved. After about 10 hours of working on the scenery over the past few days. Instead, I'm just redoing the entire thing, and making it look better than before. Believe me, its looking good. Over by Anaconda and 20 Gallons Below, Venom, a new Disk-O ride has gone in.
  8. She said it would be discussed further in August. As on page 12.
  9. Me and one of my friends were actually planning on doing the Spain/Italy trip. We've already started saving money and discussed this with our parents. All my mom needs is some more info, like the flyer for the UK trip. It would be a downer if there was an age limit on it. By July 2007, we would be 16 and 17.
  10. Its been a few days! I hope to many people didn't forget about this park. A view of whats to come... The trains sit and collect dust. The tunnel has been removed. Along with some scenery. Adventure Expedition has been closed. Here is the final doings of Apollo
  11. My parents had no clue until 2 weeks ago. I tried as hard as I could to keep it a secret. Its the fact of not knowing how your parents will react. For example, sending you to a gay camp. My plans were to keep it a secret all threw high school, move to California, and never speak with them again. Its very hard to keep it to yourself. There were times when I was just like, "Why am I hiding it?". Then you have to worry about your friends if they know. To make sure nothing slips when your parents are around, etc.
  12. ^Maybe. The only reason I don't think that is because when I talk to some of my gay friends, they say they've know when they were just 6! Which to me is a little strange. I guess I never really knew I was gay til 8th grade.
  13. I've been gone for 1 day, and its a 7 page discussion. Wow. Anyways, Id like to say sorry for using a concentration camp as a smilie to the ex-gay camps, and to anyone I offended. I personally think homosexuality is a choice. When I was little, 4th to 6th grade I liked girls. A lot. I had dreams of girls marring me and having lots of kids with a white picket fence in the country. Crazy? But another thing is on the page where it said along the lines of "Homosexuality is a mental problem". That right there made me feel like crap. For me being gay, and having someone tell me "you are sick, and wrong." I get that a lot from people, but yet knowing the way they put it, it was more like a shot to the heart. Imagine, you knowing (straight or gay) that you had a mental problem or sickness. Its like a doctor saying "you have cancer." It hurts.
  14. Last week I found out one of my best friends has pretty much disappeared off the face of the earth. No one has seen him, talked to him, or had any sort of communication with him. His cell phone is out of service, his home phone number has been disconnected. His parents proclaim he is on a mission trip with his church. Yet mission trips threw his church never last 6 weeks, and there wasn't any mission trips scheduled. After one of my friends confronting his parents, they showed they his mission trip photos, but they were 2 years old. As of right now, me, my friends, and his friends think he is at an ex-gay camp. It scares us to death. An ex-gay camp is a camp where the parents sent their children for 2 to 6 weeks, in an attempt to make them not gay. No communication is allowed, not even touching. The only form of touching is between the parents, and can only be a brief hand shake or brief hand on the shoulder. Its horrible. You may ask, "Why?". When my friend came out to his parents, they put him threw hell. He was grounded for 2 months. No Internet, no T.V., no friends, no socializing. That's not even bad enough, but his parents yet abused him. Some I can't even say. Plus, my parents are thinking of sending me to an ex-gay camp this summer, in Salt Lake City. Here is some info on ex-gay camps: http://gaylife.about.com/od/religion/i/ex_gay.htm I want to see your views on these type of camps. Do you agree with them, or disagree? Think they should be burned to the ground, or put up in every town?
  15. Here's an update. The water park is coming close to finishing! After the water park is finished, another major attraction is going to be added! This is pretty much the layout of Apollo. It is not yet finished. Suggestions welcome. Here is the water parks major attraction, Apollo. Man Overboard is a drop off slide where guests can just walk right under it! The Escape has been cover in rocks to give it that 'cave' feeling.
  16. About SFMM. I did noticed that it is sitting on very valuable land. According to Google Earth, on an oilfield. About selling SFEG, I wouldn't understand why. Pro's of the park: -In the city, attracts a lot of visitors/tourists. Con's of the park: -No room for expansion. Then about Colorado in the winter when it attracts most tourists. It attracts tourists to the mountains, not Denver. No on wants to be in Denver during the winter, burrrr.
  17. From the pictures, it looks like the staff handled it very professionally.
  18. Here is another update. The water park continues to grow. Bermuda Triangle, 3 speed slides have been added. And a small children's are has been started. Neither complete, but Ill take suggestions to make it better! The Escape is a small childrens slide. View of the children's area as of now. Bermuda Triangle
  19. It was before Nacho Libra. And it wasn't an AMC theater either. It was a Cinemark.
  20. I got back from the movies just a bit ago. During the pre-previews showing, they showed Six Flags new commercial! I've searched over the internet everywhere and can't seem to find it! Its a very very funny commercial. It starts off with two teens, one laying on a couch. He is holding a vacuum with half of a 1 liter soda bottle taped on the end. The other teen is throwing cheesy poofs at the vacuum trying to get them in. Then suddenly, a strange man appears. He is waring what seems to be a half ripped bed sheet, and a spear. The next shot is of the man and two teen boys running down the street. Again, its showing a teen girl, bored. She's standing in her kitchen opening and closing the blinds on a sliding door. Open, close, open, close. As she opens again, the mysterious man, and two teens boys are standing outside the door. The next shot, the 3 teens running down the street with the mysterious man. The last scene I remember is of 3 teenage girls, sitting in a room. One is adjusting the 'rabbit ears' on a T.V. One is sitting on a bed, pointing which way for the girl to adjust the 'rabbit ears'. The third is putting on eye makeup in a mirror. She turns the mirror and the mysterious man appears in the reflection. The scene continues to show gathering teens running down the street, until stopping at the entrance to Six Flags (its Great Adventure). Where Mr. Six is waiting. Mr. Six starts dancing, dancing, but the teens to not seem amused or even smile. The mysterious man point his spear at Mr. Six, screams, and him and the crowd of teenagers charges Mr. Six, trampling him like a stampede of elephants. That's all I remember, if anyone has a link to the video, post it!
  21. In the state of Missouri, you have to have a filming license to record video. At least that's what a cop told a bunch of my friends who got their camera taken away (not taken, and given back, away, forever!) at the St. Louis arch.
  22. Lets start on the wave pool. Shall we? This is your view as you first enter the water park. Lifeguards are doin' the duties. The somewhat over view. A clash of Adventure and Generic scenery.
  23. Can we get more pic's? Your not showing us a lot.
