And thats the point! I mean its not the issue of the restraint. Lots of lap bar only coasters successfully pull off vertical drops. I think traditional wooden coaster track would work as well and intamin prefab. So thats it, what wooden coasters are missing is a completly vertical drop...

hummm...it looks like a gap between the "I" beam instead of the track itself...

if you mean inverting, that was recently tried with son of beast...

Personally I that whats missing is a tolerable wooden coaster replica/based off of the crystal beach cyclone. I think for its historical reputation and pretty awesome looking layout opening a coaster that follows the same layout could strike lots of interest. I think the gravity group would be a good choice with a coaster like this due to their use of steel beams over GCI's wider wooden supports. I can dream right lol...(but seriously check on it)

what im saying is the park has ride of steel for airtime, and kings dominion has I305 for turn after turn. So what type of intamin could this be (as far as my design)

hummm...lets see. with I305 down the road and ROS in the park what kinda coaster could this be. This is where I should have learn newtons lol...

oh, its a full circuit. I just went back to the x-car style lift. and the supports are like Rockit. Im channeling that coaster for this coaster, but still being unique. See... Thanks man, I try to be realistic but with my own flavor. I wanted to learn newtons but I havent gotten around to it yet...

yeah the element is taking a a good speed. Hang time at the top of each inversion but good strong g's at the bottom of each!
