I don't know. I can think of a wickedly twisted ride in the same park that might give it a run for it's money. Mystery Mine does too. No issue for me but I can sympathize. -

It would be against my religious beliefs not to give you a for that post. So here you go... -

It's always Shitposting O'Clock somewhere... Lol anyway yes. The skip the line program is the same as Six Flags. When you pick it up, someone can manually reserve shows for you also if you'd like and you get preferred seating near the front. They have to do that for you. You can't reserve shows yourself, only rides. I normally hate shows but they're generally very solid at Dollywood. It's also been my experience that they severely underestimate wait times which is nice. Sadly I don't know much about parking discounts. -
No need to write off Kingda Ka, just ride in row one. It's incredibly smooth up there and it always has been. Plus sitting in the front of that thing is bat sh*t insane. And unlike Mean Streak there are no special tricks. Just sit in row 1... and when they say "arms down" that's when I would suggest putting your arms up. That suggestion is for losers. I love, love, love Kingda Ka. I used to think it was mediocre and then I discovered row one.

It's tough this time of year. You have to get in line late enough that it'll be dark but early enough that you can wait for the front. Hopefully you can do it. -

Ride in the front. It'll change your life. -
Tallest coaster you've been on.

That would be the earth shaking, record breaking Kingda Ka! 2) Dragster 3) Superman? Does anyone care about this thing or acknowledge that it exists? -
To be fair that's like saying it's your favorite Owen Wilson movie. It's nice... I guess. But the pickings are slim. Full Discolsure: People only think Talon is so amazing because it's surrounded by such mediocrity. It's the same reason ugly people find uglier people to hang out with. Here comes Boldikus to talk about how amazing Posessed is... lol

I think people are a little hard on Hydra. Don't get me wrong. When I think forceless I think Hydra (and Intimidator at Carowinds... I mean do something) but it's a fun ride. You're right though, it's nothing special. The funny thing is that B&M really tried with Hydra. Hydra broke all the rules. People got on B&M for uninspired, boring layouts and they tried something crazy and unique. A barrel roll before the lift hill, a turnaround as the first element, the first 3 inversions are basically barrel rolls. There's no vertical loop, no dive loop, no midcourse. They tried something unique, broke all of their rules, they heard the complaints and decided to prove everyone wrong and... they ended up with the most forceless inverting coaster ever conceived. They tried, they got themselves all psyched up, they tried something crazy and it just failed miserably to do anything interesting.

I tried that originally but when I scaled that by placing the station over another one it was way too small. The ride is much bigger than it appears in that mockup.
