  2. Made a quick lap through The Adventuredome and the NebulaZ is fully built. Enjoy the photos below! It’ll be a nice addition to the park! This is the bottom of Rim Runner’s lift

  3. Cool, I'll fire it up and not open it for the first 4 hours of the day for realism purposes...

  5. Aw man sorry to hear you had a ~typical~ ride on Banshee, it's been running SO SMOOTH 4/5 visits this year for me. But yeah your review is on par for how it has run since day 1 in my opinion. Front row rides are the smoothest. Glad you had fun, fast lane is crucial this year with how crowded it has been + 2020 ops. Great report(s) thanks for sharing!

  6. I mean... in a world of social distancing they’re probably pretty well positioned. If they ran this place at 25% capacity that would probably be equal to the population of some small countries.

  7. I guess my tastes in coasters aren't that refined.... it goes 91 miles per hour and has a 300 foot drop. That's cool as sh*t. It also has tons of airtime, it's butter smooth, it hauls ass the entire time. It does exactly what you would want a giga coaster to do. thrillseeker, I feel like based on your post you're going to love the thing.

  8. I went to the park yesterday for my only visit of the year. I had a great time and the only coaster I didn't ride was Invertigo. I would have liked to, but I skipped the hour wait for a second ride on the Beast. I got to the park early to make sure I got on Orion before the line got long. I got 3 laps in before 11:30 and it slightly surpassed my expectations. It's fun, smooth, and re-rideable. I like the first drop and the wave turn like element, but the rest is forgettable. I'll probably ride Orion once during future visits and It feels weird to say that about a giga coaster. Diamondback outshines it and I much prefer Millennium Force, which is the only other giga I've been on. Like I said it's fun, so I don't want it to sound like I'm trashing it. All the coasters were running great and I was so happy that Racer got the much needed track work. I would have ridden it a few more times if the park was open longer. The last few years it was one and done. Mystic Timbers felt more out of control than usual and I wish I could have gotten a night ride. I saved my one night ride for the Beast and it was awesome as usual. It was weird seeing a big empty space where Vortex was. I know I'm in the minority, but I miss it. Vortex was one of my favorite coasters at KI. It will be interesting to see what happens with that space in the future. There's a lot of potential for something really cool. Side note, I'm also in the Skyline Chili sucks camp.

  9. Last weekend I decided to take a lap around the Adventuredome. The unannounced new ride (the model is a Zamperla NebulaZ) is now vertical and it looks like the ride’s queue will go through part of the trough of the old chute the chutes ride, Rim Runner. Neon Nights is still going on, on weekends, they shut off all of the parks general lighting and play up beat party music. The park isn’t very busy, but actually comfortable and for the most part people are social distancing and doing their part. Canyon Blaster is running really well and so is El Loco. I did notice a pricing change and that individual ride tickets are no longer available, the only thing available for sale is All Day Wristbands.
