Positive G's - it makes the ride feel like it keeps its steam until the very end (take Batman The Ride for example) If the inversions have positive g's all the way through, it will create the illusion of a fast and intense ride.

I defenitly prefer hangtime in inversions. Sure, the teardrop loop is awesome with its forces, but it is all about the zero-g rolls on B&Ms. The feeling is incredible.

Tennessee Tornado has some good hang-time in the back seat if I remember right.

Dominator also has awesome hang-time in it's vertical too.

I like one extreme or the other in loops really. I enjoy the powerful loops on Mindbender at SFOG (when it's running good), or the hang-time in other loops. I just don't like loops that put just enough force to keep you in your seat, but nothing else.

While hangtime is pretty cool (especially stand up hangtime) I have to go with positive Gs. B&M inverts are so intense because of the Gs, not hangtime.

I think hangtime is actually more intense than a drop.

Floaing out of your seat is very disorienting, and the fact that you are upside intensifies that feeling.
