I will be riding this thing in 13 days. I have never been to Holiday world either, so The Raven and The Legend will also be new to me. This will definitely take over my #1 wood spot considering I haven't been on that many. I think if you go in not expecting it to be the end-all roller coaster, then your chances of being disappointed are much slimmer. I didn't proclaim it as my #1 before I rode it, but I did kind of expect it to challenge for my top spot, especially with all I have read over the past few weeks. However, I am kind of getting that way with El Toro, but since it is so close to me I think it is kind of just. No ride is worth hyping up before riding. That is just me though. Who knows if that's true, or why? Maybe the weather or grease had some effect in that? Either way, it should be in top form for HoliWoodNights!
