Six Flags Great America

I might be heading down to Maryland pretty soon and was wondering if Six Flags Great America is worth going to? It seems awesome and I would like to know if the coasters are good. If anyone could post some pics it would be great.

You must be thinking Six Flags America. I haven't been there so I have no idea. Great America is absolutely worth it though!

Yup, you are thinking of Six Flags America. Personally, I didn't care for the park that much. If you have a Six Flags season pass then I would say it is worth it. I didn't find Superman all that great and the staff and park atmosphere were pretty bad. The bright points for me were Wild One and Joker's Jinx, yet the flat collection is nonexistant.

 

My personal preference would be don't waste your time, but if you haven't been there, why not give it a shot?

Six Flags Great America in Chicago is worth doing, but I've never had much liking towards Six Flags America. I call the park "Attack of the Clones" because so many of the coasters are clones, like Batwing, S:ROS, Joker's Jinx, Two Face, etc. If you have a SF season pass, then I've visit it. If not, you might be better off driving a few hours south to PKD.

Six Flags Great America near Chicago, IL is defneitly worth it and is awesome but Six Flags America is very "meh" I mean Superman was good as was Roar but other then that its just very average

Any park is worth going to. Six Flags America is one of SixFlags worst in service, maitenence etc. The coasters are pretty good. They have a Superman Ride of Steel and Batwing.
