CP_RULES Posted February 1, 2006 Posted February 1, 2006 (edited) Country Thrillz was a small park in the middle of the country. In fact, the park is 2 hours from the closest city with a McDonalds! However, ever since Cedar Fair bought the park, things have changed. More flat rides have been added, and two big coasters (including a B&M invert) have also been added. Now the park is a bustling mini city in itself! the park BEFORE it was bought by Cedar Fair the park AFTER it was bought by Cedar Fair the park AFTER it was bought by Cedar Fair Edited November 11, 2010 by mcjaco
CP_RULES Posted February 2, 2006 Author Posted February 2, 2006 I have decided to follow the trend. I will no longer have a download link on this site until the park is finished. It seems building tension is more fun, so, here are some updates that i made last night........ there have been rumors of more! PS: I know this is A LOT of pictures.... but I thought you all might like that! This is the new entrance, simple, yes, but o well. It was moved to the former bak of the park to allow more functional use when the park expands...... *hint* Here is the pre-existing Surf Rider cooaster thing... lol. Here you can see various pre-existing rides, and the go karts. The pegasus line and billboard, theming also. Here is one of the new Cedar Fair additions: Pegasus. The center of the park... you can see the pre-exsisting Wild Cat coaster. Here is a nice veiw of Falcon. Here is a better veiw of the full parking lot. The parking lot has been expanded, it is now visible. You can also see Falcon with some new steelworx supports.
Guest Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 how did you get the cars in a parking lot on rct3??

COASTER FREAK 11 Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 When do you think it will be finished?
Corkscrewy Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 Its on one of the expansion packs. Then just color the ground, dont use paths, use the land thing and just change the color.
America Sings Freak Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 This park looks totally awsome. Hey are you going to give us a link so that we could download it I would love that !!
CP_RULES Posted February 4, 2006 Author Posted February 4, 2006 Im glad that everyone likes this park, I was expecting the worst! Im not at all sure when this park will be finished and I will not put a link for download until it is. For some reason, I think it would just be cooler to build tension. BTW, Im sorry I havent been on in a while, I just got No Limits and I have the new game jitters (if you know what I mean). So because of that, I havent been on RCT3 in a while. However, I will try to get on it ASAP and get up another update! (hopefully tonight) Thanks everyone!
CP_RULES Posted February 5, 2006 Author Posted February 5, 2006 Today it was released that a Bolliger & Mabillard creation will be added to Country Thrillz amusement park, along with a giant expansion of flat rides and more. The type of coaster is unknown at this point but is rumored to be a Twister or a Floorless. More on this coaster later. New coaster announcement billboards.
Darth Taegous Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Cool park! Can't wait to see more of the coaster later.
CP_RULES Posted February 6, 2006 Author Posted February 6, 2006 Word is out! The new coaster is an awesome floorless. Construction is now finished on the coaster and the new ride section. Let me take you through the construction process. The new section is complete! More and more flat rides. This is for all of you Knotts fans. Grass has been re-grown and trees have been added. The name of the ride has finally been released: ENFERNO! Here you can see the twisted finale of the ride. Here you can see the sheer size of the coaster. The lift is in place along with the first drop and vertical loop. A security wall has been put up and security guards are securing the area. The land has been prepped and the coaster is being built.
CP_RULES Posted February 6, 2006 Author Posted February 6, 2006 The park is now finished. Download the park and tell me what you think! *PS- I dont know if this is the right download, so tell me if everything is in the park* countrythrillz.zip DOWNLOAD ME! CT logo (the pic is supposed to be like that, its rustic, and I think it looks cool!)
CP_RULES Posted February 7, 2006 Author Posted February 7, 2006 Please tell me if that download is the right park, and includes all of the updates. Also let me know if it works! Thanx for the feedback eveyone. I worked really hard on this park.
CP_RULES Posted March 31, 2006 Author Posted March 31, 2006 WOW, you must have done a lot of digging to bring this back up. The parking lot has already been discussed on the previous page. You simply color the ground with the ground color-er thing, then (you must have soaked) add cars. how did you get the cars in a parking lot on rct3?? Its on one of the expansion packs. Then just color the ground, dont use paths, use the land thing and just change the color. Cars are located in generic scenery (where you can also find animatronics, yea, that section!)
zburns999 Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 Nice park, however there are some noticible things I would change... 1) Superman has nothing to do with Cedar Fair, and I don't know why a man who can fly would be using a parachute lol. 2) Enferno should be Inerno 3) The first drop of the invert really takes away from the realism of the rest of that screen. The custom supports are awsome though! Nic job overall.
CP_RULES Posted March 31, 2006 Author Posted March 31, 2006 Thanks for telling me that stuff, as it is much appreciated. However, this park is very old (as is this topic) and I will not be changing anything as I havent played it in many months. (Oh and on the game, thats pretty much the only way you can make a turning drop on an invert, and I hate it too!)
zburns999 Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 ^My apologies. I didn't realize that this had been brought back from the dead, so here I am commenting on it like an idiot lol. Thats why I hate when people ressurect topics. It screws all of us who don't look at dates up!
arlen23 Posted April 8, 2006 Posted April 8, 2006 That is so cool how you have Construction signs! I really enjoyed that and it reminded me of tatsu. It was awsome how you had parts on the ground next to the sign, how did you do that? I'm going to do that now!
coasterdude5 Posted April 8, 2006 Posted April 8, 2006 Awesome park, especially Inferno, the colors are awesome!
CP_RULES Posted April 8, 2006 Author Posted April 8, 2006 It was awsome how you had parts on the ground next to the sign, how did you do that? Thank you, and you do it by downloading the Steel Worx scenery pack, then just putting some pieces on the ground. (Just letting everyone know once again that this is an old topic, so dont expect changes on things)
