About the laptop thing...I just realized i've had my laptop for a year...HA, I went shopping like before the mall closed and it was actually not that crowded.

I left at 7:00 and it was still crowed! It was abosolutley insane! The Apple Mackintosh Store was packed and so was Best Buy!

 

BTW, I got Mario Kart DS and I did not save anything.

Well, I know it's two days since friday, but I was wondering if anyone else went out during black friday to get a hold of the deals that were out there.

 

I myself went to CompUSA at 11pm (They opened at Midnight)... was 300 people from the door, or so it seemed. I was there to get a Sony Vaio desktop for $299... got in the door, rushed to the computer area, found the first worker I could, and got my hands on it... nice computer too, here are the specs:

 

Intel Pentium 4 3.0ghz

200gb HD

16x DVD+RW, 32x CD+RW

128mb intel video chipset (Replaced with my GeForce 6600 256mb Video card)

6 in 1 memory card reader

512mb RAM

 

For a little less than $750 I got the computer, a 17in LCD monitor, surge protecter, and Lynksis Wireless-G internet card. Not bad

My brother ended up just getting the Tower because he already had a monitor, surge protecter, and wireless internet card.

 

With all the money I saved, I just ordered a 300gb hard drive and 2gb of RAM for $313 from newegg.com
