It's been way too long since I have ridden El Toro and Nitro, so of course we'd want to check out SFGadv on the way down or back too! I really want to check out the new coaster once it opens, although I know that Michael won't ride it due to the spinning. So I may try to reach out to see if any fellow TPR peeps might be interested in meeting up, hanging out and having a few beers while we're there.

 

Maybe we'd even swing by Dorney for a visit as my sister lives in Allentown - I'd get in trouble if we went that way and didn't stop in for a day or two to hang with them!

I think you have a talent for writing trip reports, because you sure manage to make them some of the most interesting ones I read. Thanks for sharing!

^ Wow, thanks. I studied writing in high school and other than some freelance music reviews over the years never really used it until I started doing these reports here at TPR. My mother was big into photography growing up so I have a bit of that in me. My pics aren't half as good as some other members but I think which each report I'm getting better.

 

When I read other reports I like when it plays out like a story, or series of events - not just: "went to park, rode this and that, this sucked, this was great, protein spills happened, line-jumpers, food was expensive and sucked. Here's a bunch of half-assed pictures. "

 

There's some really great reports on this site - I like feeling like I'm along for the ride - and aspire to make mine some of the best of them. I'm glad people enjoy reading them, makes it worth the time to write and arrange them.
