Nrthwnd
Here's where the rest of what I picked up at Cedar Point, ended up in the house.... My newest coffee mug... Ended up amongst the likes of Disney, Six Flags, Knott's... Surf Lounge plastic glass (from Hotel Breakers) now holds my Ice Ball (i.e. Skee Ball) prize tickets. My little B & B sampler cup... .... now helps water the table palm growing beside my computer, here. On the window ledge in the kitchen... Sits another addition to Starbuck's "You Are Here" mini-mugs. Ohio is IN The House! (literally) The Cedar Park refill jug, now joins "the others" upstairs. It's neighbor is last September's (West Coast Bash) Knott's refill jug. Time flies...
Nrthwnd
http://www.tdrexplorer.com has just released photos of two new drinking "vessels" to enjoy, while spending Pirates Summer in Tokyo Disney Sea this summer! One is a stainless steel mug (!) and the other is I believe a shot glass, of a kind. Enjoy! Copper would have been perfect for Moscow Mules. Glass-y! From the "and Such" Dept... Nrthwnd
I picked up a new drinking cup at our recent fair, The PNE, that allows cheap refills, like my other Playland cups. This one is mainly for root beer, and although it's probably good only during the run of the PNE, for $2 a refill, it's not a bad deal. I just wish there was some "branding" on it, connecting it to The PNE, etc. Oh well, a cheap drink IS a cheap drink, heh. And on my future trips to The Fair, if I find some kind of PNE sticker, I can add that to the cup to "personalize it" more. Not much to show of it, but this is it. The top and straw assembly. Simple. AkselVerg
Hello, everyone, I'm new here, I noticed this post on thematic cups, I'm going to paint a mug or thermos in the style of Disney for a long time) But first, briefly about myself - on the weekend I turned 22 years old, like drawing. I am doing cosplay (I am adding a couple of photos when I was a man's version of Merida from Brave (Disney)). But back to the mugs, I think on the thermos to paint a kind of compilation of favorite Disney characters using waterproof paints that would not be afraid when the drawing will be washed in a dishwasher or sink. I can not until decide on the characters.) Are there any recommendations?
Nrthwnd
At last August's PNE in Vancouver, I got myself another "sampler cup" from this year's Beer fest. But - this cup is barely recognizable as the one I had gotten, the previous year. The main PNE logo was left off of it. Fine. Be cheap about it. But here it is..... Sad no-name sampler cup, beside CP's awesome Brew & BBQ one. The one on top, is from a previous year. WITH the PNE logo on it.
AkselVerg
So, I bought some cups, which I will decorate. I chose the thermos cups as the most durable and practical. As an important selection criterion was the possibility of applying a persistent paint. I picked up two kinds of mugs Contigo and Kooyi - They look like this - https://www.bestadvisers.co.uk/travel-mugs As you see - they have an absolutely clean and even surface (a slight bend does not count), which will be convenient to apply paint. I will cover them with varnish, which will allow to transfer freely high / low temperature and water. I chose two images - one for each kind of cup (all I have are 6 cups at all three of one type and three of another) Thats for Contigo Thats for Kooyi
