Retro Photo TR: Boblo Island

I had a Groupon to get 1000 pictures scanned and put on DVD, so here are some from my one and only trip to Boblo Island back in 1985.

 

I remember the Vekoma corkscrew was new that summer, and it was not too bad.

I was also wondering if those trains on the Vekoma were from the Corkscrew at CP? Didn't they use to have a ride, white and blue train or was it always one red, one white and one blue train?

^Vekoma used Arrow trains back in the day until they started building their own therefore these were not from Cedar Point (CP's Corkscrew had three trains - one red, one white, one blue).

I'm guessing that all of the coasters were white because white paint is cheaper.
