BarryH Posted September 15, 2005 Posted September 15, 2005 I'm taking a web design class in college and here is the page I'm working on. We had to choose a page about our hobby and guess what I chose. Sorry, it was not quilting. Anyway, check it out! It isn't fancy, but I'm been in class for two weeks now and we're building off every two weeks or so. Take a look at some of the park names. Can you find the made-up ones? Here is the link: http://student.fgcu.edu/rboggs/fu/fu009/ Enjoy!
Homer Posted September 15, 2005 Posted September 15, 2005 At least your page isn't made fun of on ARN&R as "stuck in 1995". Nice little site though, Can't wait to go to the fake parks!
Jew Posted September 15, 2005 Posted September 15, 2005 ^His site is stuck in 1990 (or whenever it was Al Gore invented the internet)...
BiCoastal Kid Posted September 15, 2005 Posted September 15, 2005 Dan would never be able to go to Robb Alveyland.
WillMontu Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 Don't forget King Richards Park in Naples. They have a credit! I got stuck on the bumper boats there twice. For one of my class projects some time back, I actually created a 3D coaster from a RCT track with on-ride cameras, lighting, and textures (it's actually quite challenging, considering the use of Bezier curves and such). Also, how could you forget Longworld?
Token Yankee Guy Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 I can see the entrance to a coaster at Robb's park now. "You must be this high to ride Robb....'s corkscrew coaster"
BarryH Posted September 16, 2005 Author Posted September 16, 2005 ^^Oh god, don't remind me of King Richard's Park. That place was big time POC. They even yelled at me for take photos of their rides while on the ground. A kiddie coaster is so secretive, huh?
AllisonY2K Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 only Elissa can ride Robb's.....corkscrew. duh.
