I realize this response is a year late, but do yourself a favor and get one at the NC State Fair this year. They are pretty damn tasty.

Try the Krispy Kreme Cheeseburger in Illinois as well. I'm glad I could see the video. It adds to my visit of the grass field that was Astroworld. I really wish I was there just a year earlier.

I wonder what they will do with the Schwartzkopf rides?

 

If you are referring to the Greezed Lightnin, it was relocated to Joyland Amusement Park (in Lubbock, TX), but if you are talking about Shockwave (another Schwartzkopf), it was never in Astroworld, that one is on SFOT (and it still is happily there)

I knew if I kept checking, someone somewhere, would eventually have a POV of The Serpent -- Astroworld's awesome kiddie coaster, that lots of folks never even knew was back there (since it was "hidden" behind walls, and down a path in the Asia section of the park).

 

I have many, many fond memories of this coaster, and we ALWAYS made a point to ride it a few times with each trip.
