ScottBrown
I have been collecting random amusement park memorabilia for many years and it all ended up in a storage unit and now I am slowly going through it all and thought you all might enjoy it. It ranges from old postcards to random bits and pieces of lost rides. I figured I would start with some old post cards and other objects from Steeplechase Park . . . ScottBrown
You are very welcome here is a really old one from Coney Island I would guess it is from around 1902 or so Edited April 5, 2012 by ScottBrown
sspaz1000
^totally awesome. Sometimes I wish I could have been alive to experience some of those insane coasters back then. But then I also realize they could be deadly, and don't want to risk it. But a time machine just to see them in action would be awesome.

Angry_Gumball
Sweetness, as a CGA-goer, I really enjoyed the GA postcards. I miss how the shops looked in the Yankee Harbor area, fit really well with the location. I always liked the whole 'wilderness' feel in that area with the neighboring log ride, and the walk along the wharf area.
ScottBrown
Ok here is a fun relic for you, I'm sure a few you have very fond memories of getting your head bashed around by this coaster before they re-profiled it and renamed it . . . any guesses ? ScottBrown
I don't know what it is but the first time I heard about Idora Park it became a serious fascination of mine here is a post card from after the fire (I don't quite know why they would make a postcard like this it is sad really) and a few tickets from the park. I have much more from Idora I just haven't gotten to it yet
