Ace Of Spades Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Wow man! You've improved a ton! Got some decent stations in and you worked in some foliage just quite well! Just a few things to reccomend: -Paint your queue lines! The "all black" look isn't that great. -Vary your stations and buildings. What you have now is functional, but adding some extras (windows, towers, height changes in the roof) would make them even better! -Try not to leave much "dead space" between rides, make sure there's always something for the guests to ride or experience! Â Seriously, I'm impressed!
T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted September 27, 2011 Author Posted September 27, 2011 Thanks! And the food court is temporary right now, in the future I will add a better, more stylish food court.
T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted September 27, 2011 Author Posted September 27, 2011 In this update: 3 new flats! New foliage! Magic Carpet ride. TOP SPIN! need I say more? And a waveswinger Some more of the park's star coaster "Flight of Speed" And now the end of the update, I leave you with this...
Intimidator305 Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 You have a very nice basic start for this park so far. You have a good footprint that just needs filled in a lot. I like the design of your park, it just seems like it is lacking a little personality, so you might want to theme it a bit so it isn't as generic... other than that, good start!
T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted September 27, 2011 Author Posted September 27, 2011 Thanks! The only problem witht themeing it is, well... I have literaly no idea of what to theme it about that pleases me, you guys, and most importantly the peeps
XYZ Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 A theme you can use is an old boardwalk theme.
T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted September 28, 2011 Author Posted September 28, 2011 You see the theme I am trying to go for is a Cedar Fair type thing, where its generic in some places and themed in other places.
AlmereStars Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 I think you did learned from your previous parks. While it isn't really bad, I think everything is generic.. Some small tips to make it more themed (if you want to): Â - Theme the queues, with roofs.. a small river with a width of only 1 block (with the queue as a bridge) or stuff like that - at Flight of Speed (good layout btw) there is a straight section next to the station. I think it will look great if you make a building attached to the station where the coaster goes right trough (like a shack or some kind of garage or something)

Schotcher Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 Rides need a bit more theming, but it looks great! (Also you may wanna check out some lamps).
T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted September 28, 2011 Author Posted September 28, 2011 Rides need a bit more theming, but it looks great! (Also you may wanna check out some lamps). Thanks! Yea I will update you with lamps and maybe a hyper coaster (wink wink).

T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted September 30, 2011 Author Posted September 30, 2011 Do you guys think a water park expansion would be good for the park?
SoCalCoasters Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 That hyper has a pretty boring layout, I'd try making it a bit more interesting. Â You have a lot built, instead of adding more, why not try adding more detail to what you currently have before expanding any further.
Schotcher Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Since when have hypers not have boring layouts? Though I do agree, a lil' theming here and there couldn't hurt. :S Oh and maybe a log flume But actually maybe an underground section wouldn't be bad on the hyper.
T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted September 30, 2011 Author Posted September 30, 2011 That hyper has a pretty boring layout, I'd try making it a bit more interesting. Â You have a lot built, instead of adding more, why not try adding more detail to what you currently have before expanding any further. Â Um, almost EVERY hyper coaster I have ever seen built by B&M is an out & back layout with multiple hills, most are similar to what I have.
SoCalCoasters Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 There should be a bit more variation in the hills... Â Look at Diamondback, SilverStar, Goliath etc. and add a bit more flare...
T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted September 30, 2011 Author Posted September 30, 2011 Now look at Apollo's Chariot and Intimidator 232, just hills out and back.
coasterman37 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Yes, but on those two, they have hills and another element. So if you are going to build a coaster like the two, add something else that isn't airtime hills.
T-BONDIcoasterkid Posted October 1, 2011 Author Posted October 1, 2011 Ok, but I don't think ANYONE wouldn't have fun on a 215 foot tall airtime machine. I know 1 thingbfor certain, I would have a blast on this
SoCalCoasters Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 (edited) What we are saying is that there are other elements on a hyper coaster besides the airtime hills.... Â Look at I232 for example... Â As well as several direction changes throughout the hills, the ride has a large turnaround as well as a helix. Â I'm just saying you should have a little more variety in the layout...besides the airtime hills. I'd also suggest, if you haven't already, using the Extended track for this, as you get a few more pieces to shape hills differently. Edited October 2, 2011 by SoCalCoasters
coasterman37 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 To be honest, this coaster looks alot like it can be a classic wooden coaster. Because they have mainly airtime hille. If you would add a helix or something towards the end of the ride. That would make the ride better.
