deathbydinn Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 This winter we are proud to announce that we have purchased Kiddieland's famous Log Jammer log flume ride. Although the ride will not be ready for the 2010 season, we are excited to restore and cultivate another classical ride that adds to the 'Good Old American' charm that is Little Amerricka. Of course we are sad to see another classical amusement park close down, but we look toward the future and have high hopes for the years to come! - Taken from Little Amerricka newsletter I'm very excitied about this and I can't wait to ride! larrygator Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 Well it is certainly something that Little A-Merrick-A can use. There's really not much to do there.
Airtime&Gravity Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 I should say that only the lift and drop were bought as the rest of the ride was a concrete channel. The ride was fun, and this should make a good addition to the park. While I still have no intention of visiting the park, it is still nice that the ride will still be not too far from the Chicago area.
downunder Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 They did a really good job with Meteor, so who knows this might the second ride they put in that doesn't make you wish you hadn't let your life insurance policy lapse.
stingrock23 Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 Good for Little Amerika. Now they can have a cemetary log flume
monsterfan99 Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 Good for the park. When it was at Kiddieland, it was actually a decent flume. I was even lucky enough to get one of the last rides on it before the park closed. Hopefully, they can do the ride justice.
