USRoadTripper Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 Since I know everyone cares *SO* much...here are two "after grocery shopping" updated pics of my fridge and freezer. Considerably more packed than before. Don't worry, the moldy leftovers and melted gummy worms are still in there somewhere!
robbalvey Posted July 27, 2005 Author Posted July 27, 2005 I'm starting to see that this is a "Coke" Forum, not Pepsi Great idea! Time to start a new thread......
AllisonY2K Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 to save space, I can easily summarize my fridge (or my section of the fridge) in a few lines. fridge: 2 packs of hotdogs (no buns. carbs are bad, mmmkay?) 1 3-liter of generic diet soda 1 bowl of old rice that I need to toss out 1 bottle of water for use at work freezer: nothing. ok, there's ice but that's it. I get paid on friday, cut me some slack!
coasters 4 me Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 I havent got much in my Fridge. Even though we did the shopping a few days ago. I ate all of it! Door of fridge #2. Fridge #2. The door of fridge #1. Fridge #1.
Hattuchili Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 This is our fridge at work! There are only some alcohol, sweets and soda. --Sören yummm.... Ice cream Soda and chocolate Sweets, coffee and alcohol
Kroger8 Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 Why are yall's coke bottles like that?^^, are the ones in your first post like 2-liters here in the states? And are the ones you just posted like 6-pack-bottle-sized?
Hattuchili Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 ^Hey Kroger. We have a big PET deposit system here in Germany. The most bottles of water, soda or beer are in this system. You buy the drinks in plastic boxes with mostly 24 bottles inside. You have to pay deposit for each box and bottle, and get the money back, if you bring the box back to a beverage store or supermarket. You can buy the coke in 0,5l, 1,0l and 1,5l bottles. This is a box with 12 - 1,5l bottles: --Sören "hope that helps a little bit" Schomburg
Token Yankee Guy Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 ^ We actually have a similar system in some states over here Soren. (Mostly in the North Eastern states they have the system). Here it's called bottle redemption and it's a bit different for each state. For example, in my state you get a bottle deposit on all carbonated soda and beer. You're charged .5 cents for every bottle when you buy them, then you go to any supermarket in the state which has bottle redemption and you get the .5 cents back. In Maine it's better because they bottle redeem everything, including wines, hard liquor, water and fruit juices.
it Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 Here is my fridge. I think there is nothing that need an explanation! Okay, if you see Gregg´s one, mine looks so empty! However, it is enough for the next days! --Sören Dude,German coke bottles look like mexican coke bottles!
