reminds me of the "rollcage" cars that were used in the Coney Island Ghost Hole back when it was at Trimper's in Ocean City where it was known as Geister Hohle.

 

I managed to find the only information about it that exists on the internet from the Trimper's Haunted House fansite: Geister Hohle
