DBru Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 Finally onto something new...and something steel! Blazing Glory was originally going to be designed for a Stand-Up contest here at TPR, but the guidelines were so restricting that I decided to stray off on my own... This is my 3rd AHG'd coaster, and certainly the best of the 3...so far. Of course, I still have to add supports...but I thought I'd go ahead and share my work to get some advice along the way, so that this coaster isn't a failure. The first drop dives into a deep ravine, and leads into an Immelmann. Blazing Glory will introduce two new elements to the industry, the Diving Pretzel... ...along with the Corkroll! Please post your thoughts so far. Any and all constructive criticism is *greatly* appreciated!
Kennyweird Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 Are you using any other tools besides AHG?
joffs115 Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 Nice. I don't own NL but it's nice to see some ingenuity! Some nice 'twists' on some old (and maybe outdated!) inversions. Keep it up.
Kennyweird Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 ^Nope, just AHG. Why? Because it looks almost as good as a coaster built using Force Vector Design. Nice handbuilding!
themeparkman25 Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 Looks like a great coaster! Its sweet to see some creative genius behind a ride, all too often rides are just build with the standard elements. Keep it up, can't wait for the download!
megamatt Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 It looks more like "Inclined Pretzel Loop" to me. Great coaster so far. Cant wait for the finished product.
Loefet Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 ^Nope, just AHG. Why? Because it looks almost as good as a coaster built using Force Vector Design. Nice handbuilding! Still a tool build according to me, since he don't make everything by hand...
