The deadline to join this contest is going to be Feb. 7th 2009 at 12:00am(eastern time) If anyone else wants to join feel free to let me know! There are some really good coasters so far, and I would love to see more people try this out!

Hey Matthew, did you got my e-mail?
Yes I did get it, I tested it, and everything came out fine!! I really like the layout too!! As for theming, if you want to throw in some trees or something that would be great, but don't go over the top because this contest is about the track, not the theming!!

^I won't have anytime to work on my project until at least Friday. So if you would like to see a finished product from me, I will need until at least Monday or Tuesday. It all depends on my playoff schedule for my hockey team.

^ Give us chance. lol

*What I liked*

-Very smooth track

-Original layout.

-Fun elements

-Great support work.

-Realistic pacing

*What I felt could be improved*

-The pre-lift was very bumpy (not pumpy) and it could have done with a little work banking wise (not entirely your fault, that window was ridiculously placed).

-The colours weren't the best I've seen.

-I hated the final lift before the station, it made the ride a bit unrealistic (but again, it's not entirely your fault).

-The track shaping was a bit dodgy at times (even though it was smooth).

*My Verdict*

Probably the best stand-up I've seen on this sight. I strong contender for the contest if you ask me.

I have to say, that was a good coaster. Try not to get down on yourself.

It might not have been the smoothest coaster, but the layout was very original. The corkscrew was a little bumpy, and it seemed to have a few banking issues.

Alrighty guys! Now that the contest has come to an end it is time to post the final tracks, and the poll! The only two entires were from 4rturo, and Eric_Smith... Please download their coasters, vote, and tell us what you thought! The poll will run for 1 week, and then the winner will be announced!! Good luck to both contestants!!

Have to say, they were both good, liked the unusual inversions of ES's coaster better than what seems to be the standard ones of 4r's. However ES's station area (all of it pre, post and in station) was so misplaced. 4r's station and block areas were very well placed and just work much better for the ride.

So this is what I got from this, ES's coaster beat 4r's just for being so unique and 4r's beat ES's for being realistic. Had to vote for ES's. That drop off the lift won you this vote.
