Godwyn
^When I first read his reply, your "statue credit" report immediately came to mind.
BeemerBoy
Mark me down as another who appreciates the creative aspect used here. I really liked the "Dinosaur" shot. Good stuff!
thecoasterkid
EDIT: You know when I get back from Europe I'm gonna have another coaster-lite TPR... so get ready. Â You know I'm looking forward to another statue credit filled trip report! Watching you go around and finding as many statues to defile as possible was one of the highlights of the Midwest trip for me.
Meteornotes
If this trip report bothers people, all I can say is to avoid one that I'll be posting in the not too distant future. That's all I'll say for now... Â This report is very entertaining. Looking forward to the next installment! Â dt
mcjaco
^ Agreed. It's a nice new twist on parks we've seen thousands of times. Â Not too mention, two snarky posts about the jellyfish......c'mon MisterP, it's not bothering anyone else. As a teacher, I'd think you'd like to see some creativity. Godwyn
Wednesday April 30th  Day 5 Part one.  Onto the Magic Kingdom.  We were able to get into the park earlier than everyone else because we had breakfast reservations at the castle. Which is pretty cool because you get to stroll down Main Street without a bunch of people getting in the way. We got to the castle a little early so we were able to just walk around and take pictures before we went up to eat.  When it was our time for breakfast, they take you to a little holding area where Cinderella comes out and everyone gets to have their picture taken with her. Then it’s up the stairs, and up, and up, and then your there. We were lucky, since it was just the 2 of us (well 3 with Jelly, but we didn’t have to pay for him) we got a table next to a window looking out the backside of the castle. It’s a set menu, but its all you can eat. If you want more, you just ask the server and they will bring you another plate. Well, after one plate, we were full.  Well other than the ride op at Jungle Cruise calling me Dee Snider ( I guess the way I had my hair pulled back, I kind of look like him) it was just a typical magical day. We left about 4 to head back to our room to rest a little and went back for the fireworks.  And on with the pictures. So he trys to call and lodge a complait about almost getting eaten. And then gets attacked. Jelly figures out our plan of attack. First time on the Astro Orbiter. Credit 102... check. Extreme Close Up! LIFT HILL SHOT! We just wanted to be credit whores. It was still testing when we got there so we waited for it to open.... yeah were whores. After breakfast, Jelly wanted to go on the Knight Slide. What's funny is when they came up to our table, they all started talking to Jelly before they talked to us. And what would a castle be without Princesses. Jelly having a staring contest with the pepper. My breakfast, after I ate about half of it already. Our table. The ceiling of the dining hall. The view from our table. Us 3 with Cinderella When I seen these two in the holding area for Cinderella, I told Chris I had to take a picture for Elissa. Walking up to the castle. Yet another picture no one has ever seen (thats sarcasm again) "Breakin' the Law, Breakin' the Law!" AWWWW Baby Duckies. Jelly having a little chat with Mr. Disney and Minnie. Godwyn
Wednesday April 30th  Day 5 Part two. Oh... we will be back. Jelly really enjoyed his day at the Magic Kingdom. One last shot. One of my favorite Castle pictures. I see boobs. The green streak is Tinkerbell. When you wish upon a ...^ Sad (blue) Castle. Purple Castle. Castle at night. ...$25,000!!!! If you have a little extra cash laying around like.... Is a Jellyball illegal? How about Brer Jellyfish? She just loved Jelly. But in case you don't. Yea.. we made it out alive. Jelly can relate to Leota. Being all head and all. Now off to the Mansion. I really like the changes they made. Because of the headhunter. Jelly is almost all head you know. Jelly started to get a little nervous. Ahhhh.... the backside of Water. Ooo.... Water. Say awwww. Wow, those ducks look real on Jungle Cruise. Jelly being a "big shot." Jelly like to feel the wind in his tenticles. Riding the TTA Attention! This is what happens when you break the law. He wanted to get a paper but didn't have any change on him. (He doesn't have pockets)
Chrissie
Great TR! Â I'm lovin' the Jelly-ness!! He gets around doesn't he?? I bet its fun taking those pictures and I'm sure the Castmembers loved it. Â Looking forward to seeing how Jelly liked the cruise!
Godwyn
^Thanx. And yes he does. Not bad for not having any legs!  Sorry about the delay. Been busy with work and since my wife and I get Wednesdays off together now, we have been hitting Six Flags St. Louis quite a bit.   Thursday, May 1st  Day 6 Part One  Today wasn’t very eventful. It was just basically a travel day. But since we didn’t leave for the ship till 1:00, we just hung around the lodge and took a lot of pictures.  One thing did happen after we got to the ship and left port. After dinner, we went back to our room to change clothes before the show, and while standing out on our veranda, we heard something hit the water. We seen a bunch of air bubbles where we heard the slapping, then we heard it again further out. Then we seen what was making the sound. We seen two dolphins jumping out of the water!! It was SO COOL! I went running back into our room to get my camcorder and started recording, but wouldn’t you know it, they stopped. So all I got was about 4 minutes of the water waiting for them to jump back out. YEA!!!! It's time to go to the boat!!! ... and started checking out the construction workers. While waiting in the Sunset Lounge for the bus to pick us up, and ostrich came up.... Need more Jelly? Here is a couple of more pictures. And here is the door. I think Chris and I were the only ones that did this. Did you notice I misspelled "lobby" twice? Is anyone even reading these captions? Looking over the savannah from the loddy. Looking down from the loddy. Just inside the backdoor. Backdoor to the lobby. Chris, fire pit, and a metal vine covered stairwell. Chris outside our room. Our room. Fire pit. Pool area again. Outside of lodge. "Hope they don't try to get my tentacles!" Pole dancing. To keep that from happening again, he decided to work out a bit. Help! I'm stuck! That's a big slide when you are only 4 inches tall. Since we had time to spare, Jelly went to play in the kids playground. A bunch of flamingos overtaking the duck corral. The pool. We did get to go swimming for about a half hour during our stay. The spa which we never got time to try out. The door to our room.
Godwyn
Part Two Jelly enjoying his seats at the Golden Mickeys. After we set sail, it was time to get cleaned up and eat. Is that really us? "Maybe if I don't look at them they will stop." And we are off! "Why are they taking my picture?" He likes it when the sea air blows thru his tentacles. Jelly enjoying the sea air. Because I had cruised with them before, they gave me gifts. NASA View out of our stateroom. With cut-away detail on the other side. Model inside the terminal. "Ever been on a real shrimpin boat?" "No, but I've been on a real big boat." You Are Here... no... wait... that's somebody else's saying.
thecoasterkid
I'd love to try a Disney cruise some time. I've been on Princess and Royal Caribbean before and have seen the Disney ships at sea. I love that the horn plays "when you wish upon a star"! They by far appear to have the best on board kids programs as well. Â Can't wait to see the rest of the report, and more Jellyfish Adventures! Godwyn
I'd kind of like to try another cruise line but I just keep getting drawn back to Disney. And now I think Chris is hooked. She wants to go again in a couple of years. (I'm not complaining )
Rideslover
Ha ha ha very funny. That is great with a petting jellyfish in around the Disney World. The jellyfish look like a colorful and getting sting at everybody. Ow that's hurt my foot from sting by jellyfish on the beach. Â All right enough the Mad Eye's Jellyfish. Look great pictures and keep up a good pics.
TheRapidsNerd
Hey, glad to see more of this one. The castle breakfast sounds pretty cool and neat to see some of the interior. The pics with Disney Charactors are a hoot, not to mention the security guards! Â As far as Dee Snider, there's a little resemblence...kinda...but it doesn't immediately cross ones mind. Hope that helps a bit. Â If it makes you feel better, when I had the permed mullet, somebody grabbed my arse in a mall, and asked for an autograph because they thought I was Joe Elliot from Def Leppard. While flattering, I look nothing like the guy.
Godwyn
^Everyone was so nice about getting their pictures taken with Jelly. Since about the 2nd day there I wanted to get a picture taken with a security guard. And since we were able to get into MK early that day for breakfast, it was perfect timing. They weren't busy and they even got a kick out of it.  As far as the Dee Snider comment, it didn't bother me. My friend wants to take a picture with me to put on his myspace page and say that I'm some famous band member. But personally, I think I look more like a blonde Weird Al more than anything.    Friday May 2nd  Day 7  Nassau, Bahamas  This morning we arrived at Nassau.  Some of the pictures in this installment are not as good since we were using a disposable camera and I had to scan the pictures into my computer. We went over to the Atlantis Resort for a beach day. Since we knew we would be in the ocean and leaving our stuff on the beach, we didn’t want to take the digital camera and risk it getting stolen. Jelly event didn’t go with us, but don’t worry, he went to Castaway Cay with us. If Jelly doesn't eat it all first. And then its time to eat... again. Mmmmm, cheesecake and banana foster pie. For the Pirates in the Carribean Party, they shoot fireworks off of the ship. When we got back to our room, Nerine had been there and made us a towel animal. Sun setting on the ocean. Family picture. And what is Pirate Night without pirates? Jelly even made an appearance. Back on the ship at dinner. It was Pirate Night. This place is huge. We didn't even go over to the waterpark part. A couple of parting shots of the hotel. Chris didn't want to go on this till they were off of it. They kept making it sway back and forth. On our way to the rope bridge. These rays where pretty neat. It looked like a bunch of birds flying in a group. This was our attempt of taking our picture in front of that huge fish. It didn't work. And here he is. This picture doesn't do him justice. He was freakin' huge. He made all the sharks look small. Yeah, he's big, but there is always a bigger fish. Me in front of big fish. Duh dump..... duh dump..... duh dump, duh dump, duh dump. This was a shark with a nose that looked like a chainsaw. After we were done in the ocean, we went walking around the resort. They had and aquarium that you walked through and the sealife swam around you. The beach we got to play on for the day. Welcome to Nassau. They left Florida before us but we beat them to Nassau. We see you Atlantis. Its to protect us from the giant seagull attacking the Atlantis Hotel! Where is Godzilla when you need him! Even the US Navy was in port. What could they be here for? With heavy machinery onboard. With armed soldiers on board. British ship in port. Looks like and updated version of an Alfred Hitchcock movie. Nassau. The Atlantis! Our destination for the day. It's so pretty. It's so cool to look out your window and see the blue water underneath you

Godwyn
Ok... I've put this last installment off long enough. I figured I better get it done before we leave for the East Coast Trip. So here it is...   Saturday May 3rd  Castaway Cay  Today was Castaway Cay day. Disney’s private island. We had a busy day here but we still had time to just relax and float in the ocean.  The day started out with us taking a wave runner tour around the island. They take you over to the other side where you beach your watercraft and they tell you about the island and the sea life around it.  Then we went snorkeling. I wasn’t really sure if Chris would be able to do it since she is claustrophobic but she did pretty good.  We also took a bike ride thru the island. They have a nice bike path that takes you to a lookout and then one that takes you to the adult beach.  I hope you all enjoyed a not so typical trip report and thank you all for reading it. We sure had fun making it. One last picture at the airport before we leave. Jelly getting some tail. This was our hostess, Nerine. This is us with our servers for the cruise. Roland and Aaron. After a long day on the island, Jelly just wanted to chill out on the veranda. Jelly wanted one last picture taken to remember his trip to the island. Last shot we took at Serenity Beach before we headed back to the boat. Jelly dipping his tentacles into the water. Jelly playing in the sand. On the tram to the adult beach, Serenity Beach. Pretty flowers along the path. Silly birds. A view of the ship. A bird taking a crap!!! What does he see? On our way back, we took the other bike path that takes you to a lookout tower. While Jelly was busy pining for the ocean, we got a shot of ourselves. Artistic "looking into the ocean" shot. First we went to the far bike path that takes you past the Serenity Beach. Of coarse we have to stop so he can have his photo ops. So we let him choose bike riding. Jelly was tired of us making all the decisions. We found stuff. Snorkling time. Our tour guides. I don't remember their names but they called themselves "The Jetski Brothers". Me walking in the ocean. Chris walking in the ocean. The other side of the island. Reverse POV! View of the Wonder from the PWC. Now time for some waverunners! Then we got caught. And Jelly started eating the hot dog. Then we had to go see Minnie. Here we are with Capt. Jack Sparrow again. What amazed me was that not just that he remembered us from the nite before... but he actually remembered my name. There is a lot of detail in this ship. The Flying Dutchman. With it being Disney and the Caribbean, they have to have pirates... Right? We are HERE. The day started off with us pulling up to dock at Castaway Cay.
